Hello Ursula,
We had such a wonderful time- a trip of a lifetime! The company was very easy to work with and helpful with the itinerary. Our favorite hotel was Casasur Bellini. The rooms were beautiful and the staff was very attentive. With that said, the rooms at Iguazu Falls had a spectacular view that we will never forget!
We talked about all of our tours and we decided there were no favorite tour guides. EVERYONE was knowledgable, friendly, accommodating and punctual. We were so pleased with every guide and appreciated your hard work in showing us your beautiful countries.
The only thing we would change on the itinerary was to spend a little less time in the cemeteries and more time in LaBoca. It felt very rushed to see the surroundings plus try to squeeze in some shopping.
The tour was well organized, services were top notch and we would not hesitate to recommend or travel again with Say Hueque! Thank you for everything and please pass on our best to the rest of our guides.
Warmest wishes from Pittsburgh,
Chris & Laura Norton
Machu Piccu and Iguazu Falls( Argentina side) are definitely the highlights.

I chose to travel with Say Hueque due to flexibility of the tour arrangement. Price is reasonable too. The booking process with Karen was good, I'm rather happy with her service.
All the hotels are pretty good and breakfast provided was reasonably good. No big issue with any of the hotels.
Machu Piccu and Iguazu Falls( Argentina side) are definitely the highlights. Visit to the Devil’s throat brings the excitement beyond description. The boat ride we took on was unforgettable as well.
24 hour service is one of a kind. i felt like i have a friend's support during my trip, especially as i am a solo traveler

Hola Christina!
sure, I am happy if you share my photos on your website and social media. will attache more to give you better selection.
Argentina is a beautiful country but travelers should not expect much of latino culture, it feels more like Europe. i did couple of trips, below is my feedback on each:
1- Antarctica: i took the christmas in Antarctica trip with One Ocean through your company... it is definitely on the top of the best things i have done so far. surreal experience. 9 days trip with 3 days on land was perfect, longer could be tiresome. alos camping on land was an experience by itself. all in all, worth every penny.
2- Patagonia: unique place on the planet, not like anywhere else. i was disappointed that i couldnt see the Moreno Glacier as tours where fully booked (around new year). Calafate is nice but little touristy, i prefer El Chalten, lovely little town for the serious hikers. I would have loved to have an arranged trekking tour for couple of days but only day tours where available that period. trek to Laguna Torre was great, unique terrains and nature and tour guide as very helpful. next day i was supposed to do the more interesting trek to Mnt Fitz Roy but it was rainy so i had to cancel. i spent new year at nice Hosteria Lago Veidma and spent new year's eve with a Brazilian family i met there, lovely people you meet in such places. i couldnt find a bus to Chilean side patagonia so i travelled to Santiago/ Valparesso instead.
3- Iguazu falls: expectations where high as it is considered of the natural 7 wonders. i liked the place, still too natural and not messed up. private tour guide arranged by you was good. the best wow moment was when i took the boat under the falls mist... that was the best part, i recommend all visitors to do it. Say Hueque arranged for 1 day your in iguazu becasue i did not have much time left and it was very efficiently booked. i didnt have a visa to brazil so only saw the argentinian side which i thought was enough.
4- Pampa tour with the Gauchos: that was one of the best, i spent a day with gauchos in their ranch, very cultural: food, music, nature, etc. i recommend that people spend the night if time allows.
5- Buenos Aires: city tour was nice but i am not a great fan of cities. i enjoyed most Boca and Tango show. i am big fan of music and found that traditional oriental music has similarities with Tango. i loved the music and the dance, i watched the show in Piazolo theater in Florida street. i loved the stakes and beef, and Argentinian wine. you may not know but Mate is a traditional drink in my moutain area in Lebanon ( lebanese/ argentian expats brought it to the mountains in the 1800's and became a tradition). i was happy to drink mate everywhere i go and people where flattered when i requested it :)
finally the best value in SayHueque is:
1- quick and efficient response
2- trust worthy that advice is to the best of the client not to generate more money
3- 24 hour service is one of a kind. i felt like i have a friend's support during my trip, especially as i am a solo traveler
4- flexibility to offer tailor made tours as per request
hope this helps, will sure spread the word and post on tripadvisor shortly
thanks again for your support :)
best
Rami

Dear Carolina,
I need to apologize for not responding you to previous email - I missed to answer right away and later I was extremely busy... skiing.
Actually I did Heliski in Ushuaia being very busy to find the good weather for helicopter to fly in remote area where where we foung amaizing snow.
At El Calafate I had very good weather and your arrangement was perfect. Ladies from hotel (Veronica and Lucie) were very helpful.
The Host Co. also was very precise in timing and arrangments.
For all the above I gave your Co. 10 (the best score).
If I will make other trips in Argentina definitely I will use your Co.
All the best to you and your colleagues

The trip was great but I have a few suggestions.

Hello
Thank you for the recipe. The trip was great but I have a few suggestions. As I said earlier, I didn’t know that I would be charged so much for minor things as I was at the Patios Lerma. You might want to inform travelers of that. Also, times for transportation were not always accurate. For example I was told that my van for a field trip from Purmamarca would arrive 8-8:45 and it didn’t get there until 11:00. It was right on time but I was told to be ready earlier. The hotel manager told me that I missed it and I was about to take the bus to Salta. Furthermore, the tours might give a handout explaining the various stops and an accompanying map. The trip was great, however, and thanks for everything.

Hola Ursula!
Yes, I am back at home...and at work :-(. I had such a wonderful time in Argentina. Everything was amazing -- the people, the culture, the weather, the sights.
Which hotel did you like the most?
I loved Casa Sur Bellini in Buenos Aires. It was very cool and the staff was so helpful and friendly. They helped Laura find a "mouth guard" when she chipped her tooth and when her wallet and cell phone were stolen.
What was the best of traveling with us?
The support and structure was great. I like that Say Hueque took care of booking the hotels, arranged the airport transfers and basically organized the parts of the trip that I didn't have time for. And when we had that terrible issue with the ATMs in Puerto Iguazu not working, Constanza saved us by giving us money so that we could pay the entrance fee for Iguazu Falls. If we were traveling on our own, we would have been in trouble.
Is there anything you think could be improved?
I don't think so. If they could clone you, Ursula, that would make me really happy! You're the best.
I attached a few photos too :-)
Muchissima gracias,
Amanda :-)

Just a note to express my sincere appreciation for the services of Say Hueque. From my first contact with Tamara and then Yuna, I was given invaluable information and suggestions. The time that I spent with Ursula in Buenos Aires and Constanza in Iguazu was like spending time with very special friends. The courtesy extended to me by them during a week in Argentina was impressive because of their outstanding leadership abilities. Their knowledge of Argentina and its history was like spending time with a walking “Wikipedia.” They both take pride in their work and are skilled in all phases of the job.
The Loi Suites in Iguazu was beautiful and staying in the jungle was refreshing after a day touring the park. Nothing can compare to the Alvear Palace Hotel. It is an experience not to be missed. The location is great and the staff treats guests like royalty. The transfers from the airport and drivers were satisfactory in every way.
I can recommend with complete confidence and take genuine pleasure in recommending Say Hueque and all the staff.

Hi Ursula
We received a gift in the post from Say Hueque last week and it reminded me that I still hadn’t sent a review for you, which I feel really bad about. I had actually typed up quite a few comments about various parts of the trip soon after we got back, but it was a very long commentary on a lot of things and I thought it was a bit too long to send!!!!
Anyway, the main thing is, we really enjoyed our trip and we are very pleased that we picked Say Hueque to organise it for us. I have written up a testimonial, which I am more than happy for you to publish on your website if you would like.
If you really would like my other feedback – highlights and some small issues which maybe could be improved - then I am happy to forward that also, just let me know.
Thanks again for looking after us, it made all the difference to know we had someone looking out for us while we were far from home. Thanks also for the pins. Oh, and the empanadas recipe, I will definitely give that a go. I am not sure I can find the pre made pastry wraps here, but we do have lots of imported flours, so maybe I can find something suitable to make my own for our Argentinian evening. We brought back some Calafate jam and of course the wine you very kindly gave us, so with some homemade chimichurri we should be able to bring back some happy memories.
Take care
Kath (and David)
Review:
We booked the most amazing 4 week trip around Argentina with Say Hueque, picking from a couple of their standard itineraries and then mixing and matching days and places to build our ideal trip. It was great to have a team actually based in the country, organising our visit, as they were best placed to advise what was feasible for the time of year we were travelling and the distances involved.
They have good access to deals on internal flights and the most adorable selection of accommodations to chose from – we were not disappointed in any of the 12 places we stayed from the inn/b+b range, finding the uniqueness of the boutique hotels much more personal than chain hotels tend to be.
I cannot praise the girls from Say Hueque enough – Sylvia who replied to all of my long emails full of questions about every little detail in preparation for the trip, and Ursula who was our guide around Buenos Aires and sent emails for each stop on our route packed with details of things to do and suggestions of places to eat. They both have such enthusiasm for their country and are keen to ensure that their visitors enjoy the best experience possible, which we did! Thank you Say Hueque. (Travelled February/March 2015)
