Hi Araka and Say Hueque!

Thanks to you we did take our binoculars and see a lot of birds. I would just like to thank you for a wonderful trip and... ... perfect arrangements on your side .We had no problems and enjoy your beautiful country and its people and excellent guides on all our excursions.

In Bariloche we went on a trekking excursion to the Newmeyer hut and in El Calafate to the 3 glaciers on our free day. Trekking in Torres del Paine was fantastic and Patrick and excellent guide .

Thanks to you and everybody at Say Hueque that made our visit to your country a memorable experience.

It's nice to hear from you. It's hard to believe it's been a month since we were in Argentina. It was an amazing trip! Hopefully we can visit again some day.

In answer to your questions:

I really liked all the hotels we stayed in; they each had a lot going for them. I would stay in any of them again. I found the staff in all the hotels were amazing, especially in the Yacatinga Jungle Lodge. The food in the Lodge was also amazing as were the breakfasts in all the hotels we stayed at. Although each hotel was beautiful, my favourite decor was the CasaSur Bellini boutique hotel in Palermo.

Iguana Falls was amazing. I really didn't know what to expect but those Falls are spectacular! If I lived in Argentina, I would visit them again and again. I also enjoyed the 2 perspectives; being up close to the fall on the Argentina side, and then being able to enjoy the panoramic views in Brazil (although if I could only visit one side, it would definitely be the Argentina side).

I also enjoyed the Jungle, but that was primarily because of the incredible people who worked there. Ricardo, our guide on the tours, was amazing. All the staff there were friendly, considerate and very hard working.

We also really enjoyed our tour of Buenos Aires, with Juan. He was knowledgeable, interesting and he really gave us a feel for Buenos Aires.

I think people are a big part of what makes travel so special and all the people we met who worked for Say Hueque were so welcoming, kind and wonderful ambassadors for Argentina.

I would most definitely recommend Say Hueque to friends.

From trekking right in the Andes, walking on an amazing Glacier to 4wding in the snow. I had the trip of a life time in Patagonia and ticked off a big list of things on my bucket list, the things I've been dreaming about for years. With the very friendly and helpful team at Say Hueque them dreams came true. I thought I would have some trouble not knowing any Spanish but everyone made it so easy for me and a stress free holiday.
I would highly recommend Say Hueque to all my friends and fellow travellers. 10/10

We loved our 13 day trip to Patagonia! We visited El Calafate, El Chaten, Puerto Natales and Ushuaia. Say Hueque planned and organized an exciting trip for us with excursions to the Perito Moreno Glacier and Torres del Paine in Chile. We also got to walk with the penguins in Ushuaia. Our superior hotels were all very nice. Highly recommend this trip!

My overall experience of my trip was good. However, just a few comments. My accommodations in Buenos Aires and El Calafate were fine. However, for the level of accommodations I had requested, the hotel in Ushuaia and Puerto Iguazu were a bit disappointing. First, the hotel in Ushuaia was more of an extended stay type setup and the view was almost the back of a building. And, the carpet was very dirty. I did not feel clean in that room. I did not want to bother changing rooms as I was only staying there two nights.

Then, the hotel in Puerto Iguazu. I did not realize I would be staying in an "eco-lodge" type hotel. Again, for the type of accommodations I had paid for, I expected a hotel with a few more amenities and a cleaner atmosphere. There were bugs in my room and I didn't feel too comfortable with that.

Finally, my pick up on my final leg in Buenos Aires did not show up! I waited there for almost 30 minutes. I was tired from my travels and wanted to get to my hotel so I ended up hiring a taxi. That ride cost me $30!! I hoping to get reimbursed for this cost.

All in all, my experience was positive with my guides being very helpful and the experience being memorable. Thank you and if you have any comments, please let me know.

I enjoyed my time at the falls, both sides! Unfortunately my flight was 3 hours late so I lost some time the first day. I did take advantage and walk to Devils Throat, the lower trail and a boat ride under the falls. The hotel, Sheraton was perfect! The next day I walked the upper trail. The only thing I think I would have changed about the trip was maybe a later puck up time so I could have done another trail that morning before getting picked up to cross the border. Crossing the border and walking the Brazil trail didn't take that long and I ended up being dropped off at the airport very early, about 3 hours ahead of time.

I think Say Hueque did a great job making arrangements for me. The St. George was a fine hotel and I definitely enjoyed my day at Iguazu Falls, the national park. You did the most to help me maximize my time, feel confident about my transportation arrangements and feel welcome!
