Hello Patricio, just got home. It was a wonderful trip and your company did a brilliant job of organizing it. All the tours and guides were great. Is there an evaluation you want me to complete? I do have a couple of small issues. I can tell you or put it in the evaluation. But, Alice and I met a couple of guys at the Puerto Iguazu airport from Los Angeles who were not happy with the company they booked thru. I told them how pleased we were and he took down your information for future consideration.

Hola, Carolina!
I'm back in the US and wanted to get in touch with you to thank you for a very memorable trip to Patagonia and Chile. I had an amazing time. Patagonian landscapes are truly breathtaking and Torres Del Paine was spectacular. Thank you again for arranging my vacation, helping with air fare and accommodations. It was a great pleasure to work with you, and I'm looking forward to more trips to Argentina in the future.
Attached are a couple of pictures from my beautiful vacation.
Sincerely,
Svetlana

We finally caught our breath back in the States and all I can say is our trip was amazing!!!! I don't often write back when things went well, but I felt compelled to since we had such a great time and were so well taken care of. Thank you so much! You guys did a great job, everything was perfect from the transfers and flights, to the tours, and hotels. Really can't wait to come back to Argentina, we ate so much steak, and drank so much wine. What a wonderful country, what a terrific vacation!
L Hotel in BA was perfect, very happy with it.The Palermo area was a lot of fun.
The hotel in Mendoza was perfectly situated to downtown
The hotel in El Calafate, Kau Kaufasun, was by far the best hotel, they were also very helpful at the desk in knowing what we were doing every day and confirming our pickup times with the tour operators.
Sak and its tours in Mendoza were excellent. The Wine tour was really well planned and executed, definitely one of the highlights of the trip in the Andes mountains was also very good as well.
The tour company in El Calafate was also terrific ( Huellas del Sur?). Timely pickups and excellent explanations about our itinerary in Patagonia.
The Big Ice tour in El Calafate was the highlight of the trip. Something I'll never forget and the tour company did a terrific job. We were bone tired during the tour the next day to the Christina Ranch, but it was still excellent.
Also the Tango show in BA was quite an experience, the dinner and service was more than I expected.
Overall guys, I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed this trip and we have you to thank. I'd definitely recommend Say Hueque to anyone, and am looking forward to booking another trip with you guys as soon as we have enough vacation time built up!
Cheers for now

Everything was great
- Mike KramerEverything was great
Everything was great. I would put Perito Moreno glacier, Torres del Paine and the Beagle Channel cruise at the top of the list for anyone headed to Argentina. I would recommend staying in town in El Calafate and Ushuaia and not a cab ride away like we did. Las Dunas was nice but at the end of the day you want to be able to walk to a few different restaurants and not be stuck in the middle of no where.
Las Dunas has another problem. The street in front of the hotel is a drag strip for the local hot rodders. Between 1am and 4am one night a couple of cars with very loud mufflers drag raced up and down in front of the hotel, screeching wheels and brakes and engines. The hotel apperently did not try and call the police (given how long it went on) so on that basis I would warn the hotel that they should do something about it or it is too risky to put guests there.
El Chalten hotel was great.
That's all for now.
Thanks,
Mike Kramer
Everything went very well and smoothly

Hey Carolina,
We are currently on our way home from our trip to Brazil and the falls. So sad to have left South America :(.
During our time to the falls, everything went very well and smoothly. Getting picked up from the airport was very smooth and our driver was incredibly nice. He took us to local banks to get cash, recommended a great dinner restaurant (la rueda, which was on your guys' recommendation list) and took us to our hotel.
Hotel St. George wasn't bad - I wasn't expecting a lot from hotels in Iguazu especially since we didn't book the premium hotels, and it was fine. It was nice that the front desk staff there spoke fluent English.
As for the tour itself, Francisco our tour guide was very nice and knowledgable. While I do think we could have done the falls on our own without a tour guide, it was a relief to not have to put in the effort to know where to go, what order to look at the various parts of the falls, or deal with crossing the border. We felt very taken care of and we didn't have to "think". Also, while it was a very busy day, we all thought doing both the argentinean and brazilian side of the falls in one day worked out perfectly. We saw everything and didn't feel the need to have spaced it out over two days. It was also nice that the park was not super crowded the day we went.
I would definitely recommend say hueque and hope we visit Argentina at a greater length soon in the future!
Thanks!
Erica
The best part was the ease of checking in and being picked-up and transported to different locations and activities

Thanks Carolina,
I'm definitely glad I ended my trip with the sunshine and heat of the North. Iguazu was incredible -- helped me forget some of the cold and wet from the South :)
I shared some feedback already with Huellas (spelling?) and I was overall really impressed with their service and quality of lodging, communication, etc, for that part of the trip. Really great company.
My favorite hotel was the one in El Chalten. The room was nice and spacious, reliable Wi-Fi, and a nice healthy assortment for breakfast. Also, it offered a nice setting to just hang out by the fireplace and heat up after the day. Also loved that it was close to the bus stop -- a great respite after the 26+ hours it took to get there my first day!
I didn't for Kai Kauleshen (spelling?) as much. The people working were quite nice, but the Wi-Fi was out the first weekend I was there, and they didn't seem too concerned about fixing or offering other options. Also, the breakfast was pretty unhealthy -- just white bread, some meats, cheese, and pastries. I eat mostly vegan, and I definitely can't handle any dairy. I ended up making my own oats and bringing my own fresh fruit. Just fresh fruit or brown bread would have been nice options. Need healthy fuel to power long days of exploring!
Maybe I should have asked before, but I probably would've been okay with a private room in a hostel...mostly because I'm a chef and I like having access to a kitchen. I also probably should've asked for any options that included a gym or workout area, but I figured it out by asking around or finding local places for jogging, etc.
The best part was definitely the ease of checking in and being picked-up and transported to different locations and activities. I'm used to planning everything on my own, so it was nice to have pre-paid my lodging and transport.
Your whole team was very quick with replies, and helping problem solve. There was a mix-up with flights/airports towards the end of my trip, but we were able to come up with a solution together.
I attached some photos. I can help place them if you need more info, etc.
Thanks again,
Katie Simmons
We really enjoyed our South American tour because of your advice

Dear Carolina,
Already one month is passed after I come back to Korea.
One month tour is little bit difficult for us, so now we recovered from the tour fatigue.
I received your refund, thank you very much for that.
We really enjoyed South American tour because of your advice .
I am going to introduce your tour company to my friends who want to go to South America.
Some advice to your company;
- there's park fee in the easter island
- there's no airport taxes at La Paz (Bolivia) and El Calafate and Ushuaia (Argentina) Airport.
Please check the newest information about these items
Our next tour is Nothern Europe , Greece , and Morocco and Sahara desert.
If you have any connection to these area, please let me know the informations.
Thank you very much.
Sincerely yours,
Suk-Kyo Hong
I felt that everything was taken care of... it was really one of the easiest experiences I have had

Hi
First I would like to say what a brilliant country I think Argentina is. I felt safe and welcome everywhere I went and enjoyed it a lot.
While in Patagonia I felt that everything was taken care of and it was really one of the easiest experiences I have had. Pickups, drop offs, calls, excellent guides and drivers. I have already recommended it to friends.
I also fell in love with BA and the highlights there were San Telmo, cafe tortoni and teatro colon. I also went across to Montevideo too but wish I had had more time in Argentina. I think next time I will head north :)
Thanks for all of the help and work put in to it. Torres del Paine was one of the most amazing places I have ever been and I LOVED the cordero patagonico in El calafate.
Please send my thanks to the team at huellas del sur, they were fantastic. Particularly Constanza and jorgito (perito Moreno) and mattius and Christian (Torres del Paine). ( I hope I spelt their names correctly!!)
Thanks again
Tom
