Flew back to BA today to find a beautiful box of the Havanna Chocolate cookies from you...delicioso!!! Thank you so much for thinking about us. The 2 days at Iguazu Falls were truly amazing and we could not have asked for a better tour guide than Diego. We will check out from our hotel tomorrow and board the Princess Cruise ship for the start of our 31 day cruise. Sue will be writing a rave review on trip advisor for you and the entire Say Hueque team. It truly was a pleasure working with you and delivering everything that was told to us. Dear Carolina,

First of all many thanks for your present, the bottle of argentinian red wine we appreciated a lot.
I regret we were not able to see you in Buenos Aires.

We have fully enjoyed our trip and the way Say Hueque organised it, everything was OK and we had no problem at all during our holiday.

We found very good services from all the local travel agencies, mainly the guide leading us through the Tierra del Fuego National Park, very professional and competent, and also the ones in Peninsula Valdes, when visiting Perito Moreno and having the navigation in Beagle channel.

We have mostly liked the Hotel Palermo in Buenos Aires, for the very warm and kind hospitality provided by Renato (I guess the name is correct) and the other personnel and for the nice accommodation, excellent choice!

We generally prefer small hotels, but it was also a good choice the Hotel Las Torres in the Torres del Paine Park.

The only concern we may arise is about the location of the hotel Green House in Ushuaia, quite far from the town center.

We shall recommend Say Heuque to our friends and grant permit to use our comments as a reference.

We enclose two photos, showing the local staff at Perito Moreno and the the guide in Terra del Fuego National Park.

Thanks for the follow up. Sue was looking for an empanadas recipe and you provided it!
In summary, the tours and reception staff you arranged were excellent. The st George hotel in Iguazu was the best. We liked Solares del Sur in El Calafate the least as the facilities were run down, but the staff and service there was good. The hotel in El Chalten was excellent but the room we were staying in was in the attic and we were cramped. Each destination was spectacular, even after our trip,to the Antarctic, so we are very happy with our Argentinian experience.

I am now in BA. I had a great trip and everything arranged by you and Say Hueque went great. All of the hotels, transfers and tours were excellent- very well managed with no mistakes. You did a great job and I was very pleased with Say Hueque. I was very glad I used your service and think it was well worth the money. When I get home in a few weeks, i will try and write up a recommendation, but you can feel free to use this email in your public relations materials as you like.

It is possible I will return next year to South America to do some places I will miss this year- Salta, Bolivia, Atacama, Peru. I know you do Salta and Argentina, but do you arrange itineraries/tours elsewhere in South America?

Hola Carolina,
I am now back in cold, damp and windy England! We had a great time in Mendoza. Our boutique hotel was really nice and I personally loved the small swimming pool there. The staff were very helpful.
Our 2 tours were really interesting and Vincente was a great guide.
I must return!
