We are in airport about to leave to get back to Italy.
Chascomus was just ok. The Estancia had basic services and food was just ok. People were nice and did everything they could to accomodate our desires. In spite of this the price was overall to high If compared with what we got.

The overall experience has been excellent. The have had a wonderful time in Argentina and everything worked really well.
What we liked the most of Say Huque has been the fact that we felt really taken for. It looked like our trip was unique. We would reccomend Say Hueque to anybody. We have also to thank you personally for the effort you put when we did changes also in a very short notice, like the visit to San Antonio de Areco we enjoyed a lot.

The hotels we like the most are Indigo in Puerto Natales and Cilene El Faro in Ushuaia. Also Esplendor in El Calafate was nice.
The hotel in Punta Arenas was basic, only the breakfast was very good.

So at the end thanks Carolina for the great support you provided. It was nice meeting you in your Office.

Iguazu was just great! To book this Sheraton Hotel was the right decision to really enjoy the waterfalls. So we spent the afternoon at the pool an when the tourist had gone, we could enjoy the nature and the falls in peace, that was absolutely perfect!
About your services: everything was perfect, the flight to Iguazu was very bad because of the weather... but this is not yours!
The transfers and the tour on the brasilian side with Alberto were very good. He is a kind man and did his job very well.

If the weather here goes on like now, I will come to you an book a trip to somewhere at the sun ;-))

Hi Florencia,
I’m glad to give you my feedback on our Argentina tour with Say Hueque.
All of the hotels we stayed at were more than adequate and each had it’s on personality. Each was clean, (almost) everything was in proper working order in the guest rooms and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. It’s difficult for me to select the best one but St. George probably was our least favorite because it did not fit the “Boutique” hotel label. Maybe Bobo was our favorite only because they were so helpful and the Palermo neighborhood was so special to explore.
Each excursion was different and special in its own way. Our City driving tour with you and Valdi helped introduce us to Buenos Aires. That was great and we were able to share time with you.Our Iguazu tour with Constanza was awesome. She spent so much time with us and gave us all kinds of info about the falls and surrounding area. She even bought us dulce de leche helados!
The Salta to Purmamarca bus tour was really eye-opening. Freddy was an amazing tour guide throughout the day. He opened our eyes to many sights that I will never forget. However,this tour was a bit tough on us and much longer than we expected. Also, the high altitude (which surprised us) hit Karyn very hard as you know.
We really loved the Tierra del Fuego nature tour. Our guide Sergio took us to some of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen. He paced our trek perfectly and of course the weather was perfect.
Say Hueque delivered everything that Patricio Rappaport promised and then some. Every detail and planned and executed perfectly. Each one of the tour companies in your affiliate network (Agrecom, UMA, and Tierra Turismo) coordinated everything perfectly with SayHueQue.
Again, the only thing I can suggest is that the big optional tours are explained in more detail to your clients before they are booked. We might not have selected the Salta-Purmamarca tour if we had known about the difficult bus ride and the high altitude.
So I say “ciao” to you now. In English I would say I’ll always have a “crush on you” because I think you’re such a beautiful, smart, and sensitive person.

Everything went really well! It was very nice to get picked up at the airport and really not to have to think about anything. The packet they gave us was very informative with our pick-up times for both the glacier hike tour and our transfer back to the airport. All of the drivers and staff were very nice and helpful. Our hotel was very comfortable--I was a little worried at first, because the rooms seemed very rustic! But we didn't spend much time in the room, and the rest of the hotel was quite nice. We even had dinner in the restaurant, which was very good. We enjoyed exploring the town of El Calafate. There was more to do there than I anticipated, and the restaurants were great! We all really enjoyed that part of our stay in Argentina.

You customised my plans in Buenos Aires to meet my interests. The map you wrote on for me is now almost falling apart because I used it all the time and went to most of the places you recommended. Both hotels were very good and well located.
