Thank you for your email. I would be happy to provide my feedback. I really enjoyed my trip and am very pleased with all the arrangements. Everything that was within Say's control was on time, the hotels were great and the itinerary/timetable was planned out really well! It was really great to have you constantly in contact with me to make sure the trip is going well, I think this makes a huge difference from other agencies.

I first learned about Say Hueque by word of mouth. A friend was researching Patagonia via Say Hueque and referred me to it. Everything was well arranged and on time. Having Patty as a contact point helps a lot which makes the difference.

I have a few favorite hotels:
• Pudu Lodge - Chalten - good location from the hiking trails, good breakfast.

• Ushuaia - good location from the main streets, nice spacious room/living room area, good breakfast. Added a nice touch with champagne and chocolates for New Year's Eve

• Hotel Clasico - Buenos Aires - nice room, good breakfast
My favorite excursions have been to the Salar de Uyuni, Calafate glacier and Ushuaia. The guides, they were all quite good and knowledgeable.

Everything was very well organized for me. My own personal regret is not enough time in Buenos Aires. As you can see from my feedback, I really do not have complaints.

I may want to do another trip with Say at a later time, perhaps spend some more time in Buenos Aires and other places in Argentina, like Mendoza.

I did complete the Travel and Leisure survey recently and also went on Trip Advisor. Both reviews were excellent.

We read about Say Hueque on trip advisor and read all the reviews in our first trip to Argentina and Chile 2 years ago and used Say Hueque on that trip. Say Hueque did an excellent on that trip with a party of 7 of us.

Knowing Say Hueque is dependable and will be there for all the logistics at the airports and on time was the best of traveling with you. Also knowing the accommodations would be very good as well.

First of all, the hotels were outstanding. Casa Glebinasin Mendoza was such a wonderful setting and the staff went above and beyond on every detail. Rooms were all very comfortable and the food was exceptional.

Hiking on the Perito Moreno Glacier was unbelievable. All the excursions were great and highly recommend them all but hiking on the Glacier was so worth the trip to Argentina.

The Guide we had at Sak Travel for the wine tour was outstanding. I forgot his name.

Of the entire trip, the transfer from el Calafate to El Chalten, the bus we were in was very tight, not much room between the seats. This only occurred on that transfer, all the others had more leg room.

We had an amazing trip! Say Hueque has been recommended to us by friends – Daniel & Lindsay Berman.

The best of traveling with you was the convenience of having all arrangements taken care of in advance!

The Legado Mitico is our favorite hotel – great location, really comfortable and interesting room.
Our favorite excursion was the Big Ice in El Calafate. But we also really enjoyed the Iguazu excursion and the Polo Day. The polo day was great. It was way more fun than we thought it would be and also had some of the best steak we had the entire trip.

Our guide Gaston at Iguazu Falls was excellent. Helped us rebook to an earlier flight and was also really knowledgeable about the site.

At least a couple of comments, for improvement: Our itinerary stated that we had a transfer from our hotel to the airport for our Iguazu excursion. The car never arrived and when we called the 24-hour number, we were told that it was not included (despite what our itinerary stated). We were not impressed with our hotel in Calafate (Mirador al Lago) – the room was tiny with a parking lot view and the room fridge did not work. We were also disappointed with the wine tour in Mendoza – since we were in a guided car tour, we had hoped to visit wineries farther from our hotel rather than ones within biking distance (especially since we did a self-guided biking tour the next day). We also thought having a separate guide for the wine tour was unnecessary since each winery did their own tour; just a driver would have been sufficient.

Your getting in touch with us regularly before the trip and the document sent were much appreciated.
The organization went smoothly, except for the 12hours bus ride to Ushuaia, you should mention that a transfert is to be made in Rio Grande. Also the bus company is in bad shape, most of the amenities were out of order.

Hotels were all lovely in their own way, it's hard to rank them but the 2 best would be:
Las Dunas - spacious rooms and breathtaking view
Ilaia - Warm and cosy atmophere, good breakfast

Perito Moreno trekking- amazing
You should clearly mention on the itinerary when we have to take a taxi or when a pickup is arranged

Just got home a few hours ago and about to dive into my pictures :).

Every thing was Really great and ran like clockwork (except for strike of course!).

Only discrepancy was vouchers said a few things differently than what happened (shared vs private service from Calafate to airport 28/12; and Sheraton stated full board on voucher although we knew only breakfast was
included). Not an issue for us but wanted you to be aware. Guides were great and everybody was so incredibly hospitable and friendly and enjoyable.
We really had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend your services to others and use ourselves again

I'm so so sorry that I didn't reply your email! As I think we told you, we have our own pharmacy and right after the journey we opened up and it was really hectic again. So your email got a little bit lost...

We really enjoyed our visit to Argentina, had also nice catching up with my family who lives in Buenos Aires and we really liked the organisation of Say Hueque.

Which hotel did you like the most? We liked all the hotels, all were good, clean, nice people... No preference.

Which was your favorite excursion? Iguazu falls, breathtaking the Argentinian and the Brazilian side!

What was the best of traveling with us? Traveling, as in way of transportation? The night bus from Iguazu to Buenos Aires
Is there anything you think could be improved? Thelong bustrips in little busses from Salta and back, but maybe there is no alternative. Don't get me wrong, the organisation was good, there were friendly guides and the things to see were nice, but just the way of transportation was a bit less.

The organisation was really perfect and in detail. Every day there was someone to pick us up, to make sure we were ok, etc. The guidelines with the time of pick up, were very helpful.

I just gave the organisation an excellent rating for world's best tour operator. :)

We had a wonderful trip planned by Say Hueque and will recommend to others who plan to visit Argentina.

Selected this travel agency as a result of TA reviews and very happy with service. Worked with Ezequiel and after several weeks of emails back and forth, a 2 week itinerary for Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires and Patagonia was developed. This included hotels, transfers, a few guided tours and domestic flights. I selected from a hotel list in the 'moderate' price hotel price range and chose Sheraton (not moderate but worth the extra charge due to location in Iguazu), L'Hotel Palermo in Buenos Aires, Cauquenes de Nimitz in El Calafate, Kau Lodge in Puerto Natales and Lumajian in El Chalten, all of which I reviewed separately, and very well. One service that really impressed me was receiving the boarding passes for all domestic flights which certainly was a convenience. As soon as the itinerary was booked, Say Hueque put me in touch with a travel company, Exito Travel, to book the international flights and they were less money than if I booked myself so very happy about that. A representative from Say Hueque would either meet us personally or contact us via hotel reception in each new location and provide maps, vouchers and local contact info so we felt we were always very well connected in case any issues arose during the trip.
Say Hueque used a local travel company during the Patagonia portion and they were responsible for all the travel between Patagonia locations.

My only complaint, but a VERY big one directed at the local travel company, Huellas del Sur, was our very late pick up on our last day from Cauquenes es de Nimitz hotel in El Calafate for ride to airport. (And completed their survey with excellent ratings before realizing how late we arrived at the airport!) It was a shared service van which was typical and not a problem except that we didn't arrive at the airport until after 11am for a noon flight, and had about 30 people in front of us in the security line at 11:45. My family, and the others from Argentina on the same shared van also going to Buenos Aires, asked people ahead of us if we could go before them as it was clear we would not make the flight otherwise. Fortunately many allowed us to go ahead after showing them our boarding passes with a noon flight time Quite unsettling to hear your name in Spanish over the intercom asking you to report directly to the gate!
