1. I choose Say Hueque because of the good reviews a saw and read about on line... and was very impressed with your web site and itineraries.
2. I loved the freedoms allowed by traveling with you. I travel alone most of the time and it was perfect for me...
3.i loved all the hotels but if I had to choose just one I think it would be L hotel in BA.. the location, landscaping and layout were beautiful and every staff member I felt with were some of the nicest genuinely friendly and helpful people I have ever met.
4.my favorite activity was of course the W trek but all excursions were great.
5. I would name Rodrigo, dont know if he is a guide tho.. he kept me easy and unworried and he always did his best at all times.
6. no improvements I can think of, just keep up the great service and options you already provide....
I especially liked that Say Hueque would check in with my sister and I during our trip; just asks how we were doing and if we needed anything else from them. They also added suggestions on things to do and places to stay while we worked together to plan the trip. It's that extra amount of helpfulness that made me really like Say Hueque and I might actually start working with more travel agents in the future.

I googled numerous travel agencies in South American and Say Heuque was the first company to respond politely and promptly. Patricio was very friendly and willing to work with all the changes I kept making in my itinerary.
I loved being able to walk off a plane or bus and know that someone was there to meet me and take me to my hotel. Made everything go smoothly and I didn't have to worry about dealing with taxis, being harassed, etc. All excursions I asked for were for the most part in small groups, just as advertised, and with good companies and friendly guides. The stress of making sure everything happened in a timely manner and was organized was taken care of by Say Hueque, so I only had to show up when I was told to and enjoy myself.
I only stayed in one hotel that Say hueque booked and that was the Jasy Hotel in Iguazu. i thought it was lovely. Slightly outside of the center of town (1 km), but the beautiful jungle setting and large rooms made up for that. Plus great breakfast and I was told by other guest that they served great dinners.
Loved walking on the Perito Moreno Glacier. It was amazing. The guide was super nice and the glacier was beautiful. The tour to see the penguins in Ushuaia was also a great half day trip. We were suppose to be on the full day trip, but turned out that we got booked on the half day excursion which ended up being better because we only had 10 people in our group as opposed to 50 (if we'd been on the full day).
Ricardo from Puerto Varas - LS Travel that took us to Frutillar was amazing. He really knew how to talk to people, spoke equal amounts of Spanish and English, making sure to include everyone in the conversations, not treating the English speakers as a sidetone.
We ended up with an airline strike, trapping us in Ushuaia. I know that Say Hueque informed our next destination hotel and tours we would not be arriving on time, but they did not tell us. If there is another strike or a cancelation on some travel plans that Say Hueque booked, I feel you should tell all parties involved - the hotels, the tours, and your clients (us) that something happened. It was not fun sitting in an airport for 6 hours when all we needed to do was actually just call the airline to find out we could get new tickets for 3 days later. We didn't even need to be at the airport and we could have avoided going there if we knew ahead of time, like Say Hueque did, that there was a strike
Overall, I believe that everyone we meet and talked to at Say Hueque was wonderful. At no time did I feel like I was cheated or scammed. I've never used a travel company before and for this being my first experience with one, I was very unsure at first, but after touching down in Buenos Aires and being met by Rodrigo, a travel host, who gave us his email and phone number and told us to call anytime if we had questions or problems, I was reassured.
We experienced a few hiccups in our journey for the month we were in Patagonia, but Rodrigo and Patricio promptly responded to my emails and the 24 hour hotline really is 24 hours. The issues were resolved and our trip wasn't hindered at all. Everything always ended up working out. The airline strike issue was the only flaw with Say Hueque, but I don't think they are used to dealing with plane strike since they are very rare, so i can't fault them too much. Plus the strike effected tons of Say Hueque travelers, not just me and my sister, so Say Hueque did have their hands full.
I would definitely recommend Say Hueque to anyone going to Argentina or Chile. I usually plan everything by myself, but since the countries are so big and it is hard to book buses, planes, and some tours from America (month priors to actually going to the countries and during the high tourist season), it was very nice to know that I had a personal travel agent helping me make the best possible trip I could with the amount of time I had for vacation and total amount of money I planned to spend for the trip. Everything worked out quite well. I very much enjoyed by trip, the tours that I went on, and knowing that everything ran smoothly.

I'll post something to travel advisor as well. Thank you for everything Rodrigo. You've been amazingly helpful and i had a great time in Patagonia.
Thanks,
Em

Hi Juan,
Thanks for sending. I thought tour groups were excluded from Trip Advisor but I see your company is listed. I always write reviews on Trip Advisor - I wrote a review for all our hotels, etc). Please look for mine under Mike H. It should be posted in the next few days. I give the company 5 stars. I think everything you need will be in the TA review. We really liked everything we did while on our trip. The service & communication were terrific. For us, the stand out, was our room in Lago Grey. I took a hike and saw that only a few rooms have this view. We were very lucky & pleased that we had such a terrific surprise when we arrived!
I am also very pleased with the refund from our tour. In all of my travels - I have NEVER received a refund for ANYTHING. This is a sign of a well organized company which puts the customer first (as it is not alot of money but the service which is most important). We really appreciate it.
Once again, I enjoy writing reviews for TA. Please look for my review by Friday...
Thanks to the entire team!!!
Mike
Thanks so much organizing our trip and we really appreciate the support that we got from you.

Hi Patricia,
Thank you, we had a good flight back home. In all, the activities that we did were good but we found that a lot of our time was wasted travelling in buses and what we saw/did in 9 days could have been completed in 5-6 days.
The good things with Say Hueque were:
• You were continuously in touch with us and in contact.
• We really enjoyed the Perito Moreno Glacier and our stay in El Chalten (Mt. Fitz Roy).
• We liked our tour in Torres del Paine National Park.
The following things could have been changed and improved:
There was no point of us staying in Puerto Natales. Instead it would saved us time and we could have enjoyed Torres del Paine even more, if you could have arranged an accommodation for us in Torres del Paine National Park itself. It may have been a bit more expensive but we could have traded time for money.
There is not much to see in Puerto Natales, yet if you see our itinerary, you planned it so that we spent 3 nights and 2 days in Puerto Natales - it was not the best use of our vacation days. We couldn't really do much there, except the one day tour to the Torres del Paine National Park.
We were new to Chile and Argentina, but we would have really appreciated it if you could have suggested renting a car and booked that for us instead of booking buses which had fixed times. Buses were very slow and it took us a long time to reach our destinations. e.g. coming back from El Calafate to Puerto Natales took us 9 hours which would have reduced to 6 hours had we taken our own car. As a travel company you should have advised us to rent a car so that we could leave Puerto Natales on the day we finished the Torres del Paine tour and go to El Calafate the same night. Instead we wasted one more night in the hotel in Puerto Natales.
We could have stayed in El Chalten for 1-2 more days instead of wasting our nights in Puerto Natales. Your itinerary should have been better constructed that way.
We came all the way to see Torres del Paine National Park but did not get to hike there or spend nights inside the park. We had a rushed tour of the park instead. You should have booked an accommodation for us inside the park so that we could have taken time to see the valleys and hike a few trails inside.
You could have added a day tour of Santiago to the itinerary instead of days in Puerto Natales. We did not do anything in Chile except one day tour in Torres del Paine National Park. But if you see our itinerary, we ended up spending 4 nights in Chile. This was a waste of our time and hard earned money.
Thanks so much organizing our trip and we really appreciate the support that we got from you. I also liked that you were able to delay our final payment until we got our visas (I really appreciate that). However, we feel that we could have done a lot more if you could have suggested renting a car, booked an accommodation inside Torres del Paine instead of Puerto Natales.
Thanks again,
Nikita
We had the most amazing trip to South America!

Thank you so much Juliana,
We had the most amazing trip to South America. Argentina and Chile had a beautiful landscape that gave us a new scenic view that was unique and breathtaking. We enjoyed the variety of activities that Say Hueque provided us. Additionally, having the majority of our transportation arranged in advance gave us a greater sense of relaxation and ease. It was a no-stress, all fun experience that is enjoyed by all ages. We had great communication with you and your staff from the beginning to meet the needs of our trip. The memories will last a lifetime. What an adventure. I would love to come back to Argentina soon to experience other regions like Mendoza and Iguazu Falls!
Thanks again and we hope to cross paths again.
First of all, thanks for planning the nice trip or us. Everything turned out great!

Hi Rodrigo and Ezequiel,
First of all, thanks for planning the nice trip or us. Everything turned out great!
I found Say Hueque on the web. Speaking with Ezequiel gave me confidence that this is a trustworthy travel agency. The price seems reasonable as well.
Except for the first-day outing (which I understand that some guides got sick), the best thing about the trip was that most of the time you were very punctual. Every excursion has gone according to plans. No surprises!
By far Los Cauquenes Hotel in Ushuaia was our favorite hotel! The scenery, the services, restaurants and the facilities were very nice.
The tour in Buenos Aires was very nice. The tango show was incredible! All the trekking in El Chalten were great and absolutely beautiful! The excursion in Ushuaia was easy and fun, especially the Penguin Colony.
Our guide Patty in Buenos Aires was very knowledgeable and very sincere. We liked her a great deal!
As I mentioned to Rodrigo on the bus back to the airport, the one-night stay in El Calafate on Dec. 28 was unnecessary. We had to pack, check out, check in again, unpack and just waited for a ride to the airport the next day.
We rather stay at El Chalten that evening and go straight to El Calafate airport the next day. That way, we get to enjoy El Chalten more. There were plenty of time to make the late afternoon flight.
Thanks!
Jack
it was the trip of a lifetime and I highly recommend Say Hueque.

I did quite a bit of research before choosing Say Hueque. We were looking for a more independent experience but also needed advice on hotels, special excursions and the itinerary. I called Say Hueque and was connected to Ezequiel who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. That was my one and only call as I felt very confident that the perfect trip could be planned with Say Hueque. The itinerary was sent and I corresponded via email and by phone several times and each time, I received a thoughtful and helpful response. Payment was easy and the entire experience was without issue. As it was our first time traveling to Patagonia, questions about insurance, air travel within the countries, safety, were all important to us.
The best part of traveling was knowing I had an itinerary yet also knowing that we had the ability to do many things on our own. From the time we were excellent greeted at the airport by Rodrigo to the last ride to the airport also with Rodrigo everything was perfect. Excursions were on time, we met great people- all the guides were amazing and knowledgeable and I felt they really liked what they were doing. I never doubted at any time that we would be left somewhere or not retrieved on a particular day.
We loved all the hotels but our favorite was Kau Yatun in Calafate where we stayed for 4 nights at different times during the trip. I loved the fact that it was a former ranch and that it was close to town but away from the noise and crowds- although I would say there are no crowds in Calafate! The front desk concierge -Mateos was amazing. He offered us bicycles and suggested great places to eat and see. On a very early excursion day, where we had to be at the bus terminal at 5:30AM, he made sure our taxi was waiting and asked his colleague to arrange an early breakfast for us. Wow! This went above and beyond. The hotel itself offers great views, a very welcoming lobby lounge, nearby horses and dogs and a very friendly staff. The rooms were perfectly comfortable and the wifi was always working.
We had two favorites- the first was the cruise to Perito Moreno where we got up close and personal with the glacier and the icebergs. The second was to Torre del Peine- it was a great day and we saw a lot but I would have liked staying for a few more days to explore the park.
All the guides were great- I did not write down any names but I remember Julia and the guide at Estancia Cristina was fantastic. Of course, Rodrigo- though not a guide- was a wonderful welcome host and was always available by phone and email, I must highlight.
We had a perfect trip. Nothing went wrong, everything was beautiful. The People in Argentina and Chile of some of the most friendly and the food was excellent. The only item I would comment on is the last few days. Making the long 6 hour bus trip to Chile- Puerto Natales and only staying two nights and one day in Torres del Peine was very tiring. Having to go back to Calafate with many hours to kill before going to the airport was a bit much. Perhaps flying home from Santiago or rearranging the Chile part would have made the last few days less tiring and with less travel. Other than that- it was the trip of a lifetime and I highly recommend Say Hueque.
Regards,
Pat
I liked that everything worked out just fine, no need to call someone or confirming.

Hi Vanessa,
Price was a big factor in my decision. I found your website online when searching and liked your offers/prices. I was only interested in arranging our W trek and some transportation and tours, rest was self booked.
I liked that everything worked out just fine, no need to call someone or confirming.
I liked holel Lacolet in Punta Arenas, they had the best breakfast of all and welcome drink on arrival.
I enjoyed trip from Ushuaia to the Estancia Haberton and penguin colony. That was definitely my favorite part.
We did not have many guided tours but I did like our guide on Perito Moreno tour. Don't remember her name but she was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The only thing that was a bit of a hiccup was on our W trek. When we arrived to the first Refugio, we did not receive our packets with maps and info, we actually received these on 3rd day in Cuernos Refugio which I felt was a bit too late. We didn't have the vouchers for meals but luckily nobody was really asking for them. But it would be nice to receive the info packets on the first day when arriving to Torres Del Paine.
Thank you,
Lucie
