Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Cohen actually got sick (fever) the weekend we got back so it has been a bit crazy at home.

Please find our answers below:

We chose Say Hueque at first because it was recommended by the guide book: Frommer's Argentina. We decided to go with Say Hueque as Vera put together an awesome itinerary and put up with all my changes :-)

The best part was how smooth everything went. Everything was set up really professionally.

This is hard. We liked all the hotels. If you ask the kids, they will say Dazzler in Buenos Aires because they got candy at checkout.

Our favorite excursion was the day we were in Peninsula Valdez. We thought it was only a whale watching excursion but we were able to see so much more.

All the guides were amazing. Special mention to Sebastian in Puerto Madryn who really went out of his way to explain things to the children.

Response time was not as fast when my contact was moved from Vera to Yuna.
It was not bad, it's just that Vera was great at keeping in touch within
24 hrs :-)

Thank you for your email and your best wishes. Yes, we are now back home in the cold UK and getting back to normal life.
I am really sorry we missed you in BA, but it was very nice to receive your welcome pack at our hotel and copies of our boarding passes for the flight. (and also at Iguazu).

Your specific questions:

We looked at the internet for companies offering visits to the Falls and your company and one other came up in our search. We also saw that you were recommended in a Lonely Planet guide book and a travel agent we know confirmed he was aware of you. We asked for a quote and this covered everything we were looking for. Our initial contacts were with
Tamara Apipet and Lucia Marin, both of whom were very helpful. As we do not speak good spanish it was good to be able to communicate in english.
We were happy to book the holiday after receiving information, and all the confirmation emails were clear and concise.
In Argentina all the arrangements worked perfectly, all the transfers were on time, the flights were on time, and the hotel was perfect.
We had a wonderful time and thank Say Hueque and all staff for making it happen. We would be happy to recommend you to anyone wanting to visit Argentina and the Falls. In the end we chose not to visit the Brazil side of the Falls on our
last day as my wife's back was sore, but we thought the Argentinian side gave us all we needed.

Our trip was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is that if we had known before we left the UK we would have found a way to meet you.

Once again, thank you for everything. We will look on Tripadvisor to give you a reveiw.

We were very pleased with our trip
The good points
Everyone was extremely punctual.
It was good to have a contact (yourself) if needed, to sort our problems if they occurred.
Buenos Aires Our trip around BA was extremely interesting done by you.
Puerto Moreno The most impressive spot was Puerto Moreno with a good guide called Florencia
Torres del Paine Our trip to Torres del Paine had a few problems – Chile border guards on strike and the following day the bus/truck broke down. This did not trouble our guide Mathias who coped extremely well and sorted our return to El Calafate by us having an extra tour around the Park of Torres del Paine and organising for the Chilean driver to take us across the border so we could rejoin Mathias on the South Road bus.
El Chalten we were given a very inferior mini bus with driver (subcontracted by Austral) from El Calafate to El Chalten. We complained to Austral and we were given an Austral minibus and driver for our return trip.
Ushuaia Rosa de los ventos gave us good breakfast with fruit but in the bedrooms, the mattress could do with being renewed.
Hiking and paddle boat rafting was fun and good. Very pleased to have taken hiking sticks as would not have coped the speed of the hike – mostly young and fit (need to think of how fit your retired customers are)
Salta Hotel Bloomers - had room no 3 and very enclosed and very little air. Towels were very poor quality – could have been used to clean the floor. (Every where else on our trip the towels were excellent). However the breakfast was good with plenty of fruit.
Purmamarca Los Colorados Cabanas – the best hotel we stayed in closely followed by Hosteria Las Torres in Torres del Paine – Excellent breakfast with lots of fruit and variety.

Improvements
Say Hueque should have supplied us with two sets of information and maps and not just one copy to the principal traveller
More fruit available for breakfast in hotels
Towels to be renewed in Hotel Bloomers Salta

We would certainly recommend Say Hueque to friends.

Hi Juan,

I actually went to Chile this time around and had a great time. I am going to Argentina again in March.

I chose Say Hueque since it gives me the freedom to be on my own but I still have assistance with hotel and transfers. Plus, I meet people on the daily excursions.

In Puerto Arenas, I went to La Luna Restaurant and Fusions Restaurant and they were both very good.

We had SUCH an amazing honeymoon thanks to you guys..we appreciate every last detail from the prompt pickups to the late check out at some point, and the kindness everyone on your team has showed us.

After doing a lot of research on which spots of Argentina we wanted to check out, I believe I checked out at least 3 companies via Google trying to find a company that could accommodate our itinerary with a reasonable budget. We almost went to another company, but I think your prompt replies in the inquiry phase really helped us lean your way.

It was nice to have you guys arrange all the interconnecting flights and hotels for us, and we felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire trip. The recommendation pamphlets you provided were helpful, and the tours were just amazing. We definitely appreciated the on-time pick ups and friendly service throughout the entire booking process and while we were in country everything went real smooth and we felt comfortable.

The hotel in Bariloche (Inacayal) might have been our favorite. It was a beautiful property, had super nice staff, beautiful room, nice pool/hot tub with a spectacular view and overall great location overlooking Nahel Haupi lake.
Kau Yatun in El Calafate was also nice!!! No TV but that was fine by us since we enjoyed the quite. It felt so remote and also had happy, friendly staff - they even offered bikes into town which was a nice surprise (only used them once though) and it had a peaceful stream nearby you could walk to and walking into town wasn't hard.
The Lunajuim in El Chalten was also fantastic because the lady at the front desk was a doll! The hotel itself was ina decent location and had a nice breakfast - the rooms were OK, but the service by everyone really stole the show as they really made us feel at home..
The Aldea Lodge was also a cool hotel being in the jungle, saw neat animals and the pool was beautiful. The room was also neat with the wooden floors and remoteness, comfy beds and TV was nice to fall asleep to. The staff was nice, but not as friendly as the people from Patagonia, but still nice.
I know you asked for our favorite, but they were all so unique and awesome in their own ways!!! Sorry!! =)

Man..we were just BLOWN away by the glacier tour..the guides were cool, and the glacier was just mesmerizing! Was so cool putting on the crampons and walking on that gigantic chunk of ice - one of the coolest places we have ever and probably will ever see...All excursions were worth it to us and we enjoyed each of them, but this one took the cake

Santi (Santiago) in Bariloche was just fantastic for our Nature & History tour. He spoke excellent English, was funny, and polite and just a wonderful guy! Rodrigo was also super nice and informative for our welcome and departure - he even checked up on us during the trip which was nice!

The only thing we can suggest is perhaps sending the itinerary descriptions in an easier format to read (during booking process) - not sure how you'd do that, but I think it would possibly help.

Also, perhaps give those traveling to the Patagonia region a heads up that they'll need to throw their toilet paper in the bin and not flush it as it was a little confusing when we first encountered that.

For Buenos Aires/Bariloche, maybe give people a heads up that they will probably have to insert their room key next to the light switch to activate electricity for the room. They will eventually ask the front desk and be advised, but when you first arrive and think your room lights don't work and need to use a dark bathroom in a hurry, it would be good to know ;)

Also would be good to know how much to tip guides. We had no idea what was appropriate, so any kind of advice for that would be very helpful. I think we read somewhere it should be a certain percent of the cost of the excursion, but since we're on a package and don't know all the costs, a general idea would definitely help.

Other than that, you guys are just awesome. So nice and helpful the whole way through. We were worried about booking a company we have never heard of before, but after reading a few reviews and confirming you were legit, it was an easy choice. Thank you over and over again for such a wonderful honeymoon and experience. We want to visit more areas of Argentina someday like the Pininsula Valdes y Ushauia..so we'll be back (hopefully!!)

So sorry for the late response. We had a great time on our honeymoon in Buenos Aires and Mendoza! We really appreciated you guys working with us to personalize our itinerary so we had plenty of time to relax and explore on our own. Here is the requested feedback:

1) We found Say Hueque online (Google). We did not do too much research on tour companies...you guys seemed legit so we just went for it!
2) Best part was that everything (transfers, tours, air travel) was executed as planned and on time with very little hassle.
3) The two hotels we stayed in (L'Hotel in BA and Huentala Hotel in Mendoza) were equally good. Both hotels were within walking distance to a number of restaurants, parks and Subte in BA which is what we wanted. Roberto at L'Hotel was awesome and helpful and Jose helped me figure out how to say "creo que deje mi tarjeta de credito aca ayer" so I could retrieve my card from a restaurant ha!! :P. Our room at Huentala Hotel was actually a suite - very nice.
4) Wine and bike tour - it was a beautiful day and we learned something different on each tour. Each bodega was unique and had something different to offer in terms of scenery, history and their wine making processes.
5) Most of our guides were awesome. You, Patty of course! We really wanted to explore BA on our own and you gave us some excellent tips and suggestions. Thanks for spending some time with us to help us get oriented! Our driver in Mendoza, Martin, was excellent and really fun to talk with. Vicente was a great tour guide for the wine/bike tour - it was cool to hear about the history of the wine region and the Mendocinos. JuanP and Carlos were a fun duo who took us up to Aconcagua. We learned a lot from them and I was impressed with their geology knowledge ;)
6) We did have a little bit of trouble with communication while planning and getting our final confirmation and itinerary in order. I would have preferred a quicker response - it took us about 2 weeks to get the final confirmed itinerary after we made the final payment. Also, just keep an eye on your local tour companies. As you know we had multiple problems with the horseback riding tour, which, by the way, you were very quick to respond and resolve (THANK YOU).

A couple of extra perks: The sparkling wine from Say Hueque was a nice gift upon our arrival at our hotel in BA. THANK YOU. Huentala Hotel also gave us a celebratory bottle for our room there, which was a pleasant surprise. And of course, the parting gift of alfajores was so awesome and very thoughtful (you know I have a sweet tooth)! Also, everyone (tour guides/drivers) was very personable and fun to talk with. We learned more about Argentina just by talking with everyone.

It was a great trip overall, and if we can get back there for a Patagonia trip we will hit you up.

As soon returned in Naples, here’s my feedback. Your welcome, through Rodrigo, was very appreciated. All has been good, except what now I’ll report you. The hotel in Santiago was satisfactory, but not very comfortable: for instance, the bathroom was very, very cramped; anyway... The sore point was the Santiago’s guide, mr Ignacio: the tour lasted just 2,30 hs (instead four) and when I asked to visit the Allende tomb (instead the modern city) he answered: “Impossible, it is another tour.” Maybe; but until that moment he was certainly not tired. In the morning, he had not exerted even to shave himself! The next day, no guide: the driver of the day before did it.
In Montevideo: all was almost OK.
