Hello Patricia,
Please see below answers to your questions and I am happy for you to use my comments in your marketing:
I chose Say Hueque because it was able to work with me to develop a 30 day tour of some of the most interesting places in South America spread across 3 countries. I obtained Say Hueque contact from the website search I preformed.

Our favourite hotel was Aranwa Scared Valley. The hotel was very well designed. The rooms were spacious, modern and had all the extras you would see in a good 5 star hotel. The grounds were well maintained and the landscaping was very interesting. Besides a theatre with evening shows and popcorn, there was an art gallery, well restored church, great pool area and many dining options. The staff were always helpful and worked well with our travel agent manage our bags left behind.
The day trip to Valpariso and Machu Picchu, were the best!
Alejandro in Santiago was the best guide on the whole tour.
Yes, perhaps better warn guest about counterfiet money in Argentina. I took $2000 peso from an ATM in Buenos Aires and $300 was fake. Also bus drives coming to pick up guest should check the guest names when collecting us. We were taken to the wrong tango show.
I will send you by whatsapp some photos.
Regards,
Jerome
To conclude, we would like to say a big THANK YOU to you and Patricio: we had an amazing time in Argentina and we were thankful every day about our choice of Say Hueque. We felt that we had always the best option, compared to the other tourists around us :)

We were looking for a trip on Viator, a tour operator that we know worldwide. In one of the comments someone said that the tour is actually organized by Say Hueque so we decided to book directly with you! The choice was mainly done to support a local operator.
The two things that we appreciated the most of Say Hueque are the flexibility (when we asked to change one day in the program) and the fact that we had a direct contact with the operator.
Patricio supported us greatly per chat and email, and Patricia sent us very interesting info during the trip.
This personal contact has been very appreciated and made the difference compared to booking via a big agency.
The Hotel Boutique Lacolet in Punta Arenas was fantastic! The room, the bed, the nice girls at the reception, the welcome drink and the fact they anticipated the breakfast for us made our stay there very enjoyable.
We also appreciated the Hotel Las Dunas in El Calafate: it was a nice surprise at our arrival in Patagonia!
Generally speaking, all the hotels were good except for the Hostal Drake in Puerto Natales.
Our favorite days have been the ones in El Chalten, trekking in the beautiful mountains with a very nice weather.
Choosing an excursion would be very hard: we liked all! If really we have to select we would say the day on the Park Tierra del Fuego with the trekking, canoeing and the very good lunch prepared there.
The level of the guides was always very good. If we had to choose one we would say the girl from Huellas del Sur with whom we went to the Perito Moreno: she was explaining very well and taking care of the needs of all the participants.
As we said we really appreciated the fact that the relationship with the agency are very "personal".
Nevertheless, as you are not an operator known worldwide, if would be very good to have some kind of "Tracking of the reservation" to make the customer feel more safe: for example a booking reference that we can use to check the status of the trip directly online!
To conclude, we would like to say a big THANK YOU to you and Patricio: we had an amazing time in Argentina and we were thankful every day about our choice of Say Hueque. We felt that we had always the best option, compared to the other tourists around us :)

Thank you, Rodrigo, we are great!
Still full of marvelous memories.
We were very much impressed by the tango performance on January 3,
and Lidia may even write about it in a magazine.
Can you send us the name of the theater and maybe a link to its webside?
Below are our replies.
We may prepare our pictures and send them to you later.
With kind regards,
Lidia and Victor
Our trip was absolutely fantastic though and I didn't want it to end!!! We will definitely be back someday. I was really glad I used Say Hueque to help plan the trip because it was much better than if I had tried to do it on my own

I found Say Hueque on google. I had contacted another travel company first and was disappointed that when they saw our budget they said they couldn't help us. On google Say Hueque was the most popular travel agency, so I tried emailing and Patricio was extremely helpful, and was able to accommodate our budget.
Everything was very seamless- not having to worry about transportation was great, the whole trip went very smoothly
All the hotels were great! At Parque Calafate we loved the spa upstairs. The location was convenient also. Kau Yatun hotel was beautiful and very comfortable and had an excellent breakfast. It was also great how in both hotels in Calafate had wifi in the rooms. Pudu lodge in El Chaltén was a bit more basic but covered our needs. Hopefully next time we visit El Chaltén they will have better access to internet, the satellite internet was very slow and only available in small amounts.
The glacier excursions were my favorite. Mini trekking on Perito Moreno was great, so I added on Viedma ice in El Chaltén which was awesome.
Natalia on Viedma ice was excellent. She was more informed about the natural features of the glacier and landscape, which I thought the guides at Perito Moreno could have been more detailed about.
I would say only that the Perito Moreno tour was a bit slow in the beginning with a long bathroom stop and people on the tour straying away and making the rest of us wait. It was almost 3 hrs before we got to the beginning of the hike. As I mentioned before too I wish they spoke more about the geologic features of the land and ice.
Our trip was absolutely fantastic though and I didn't want it to end!!! We will definitely be back someday. I was really glad I used Say Hueque to help plan the trip because it was much better than if I had tried to do it on my own. With how much money we spent we were really happy and comfortable with the hotels and adventures. Thank you!!!!!
Thnx for the great vacation!. We look back with joy.

Hi Rodrigo:
We had a good flight back home.
We miss Argentina and all what we have seen.
Like you asked we answered your questions.
We were searching for a traveling agency who could give us a good, payable and varied program. Important was also the independence we had. We were glad that everything was good organized (transport, hotels,..) We find you by searching the net. We read your trips and read some reviews. At the first contact we had already a good feeling.
The combination of independence and organization was very good. Hotels, tours, transport was arranged in advance. Everything went as it was planned. Therefore we had also time for ourself.
Las Dunas was our favorite hotel, although some could be renovated. The view over Lake Argentino was amazing. The hotel wasn’t situated in the center, but they offered a free shuttle service to the center every hour.
That is hard to say. There were several excursions who were top. The Bike tour in BA was super. The way we discovered the city was top. It was the best way to see the city in one day. The trip to Perito Moreno was top as well. The noise and the diverent colors of the ice: waw. The experience to see falling pieces of ice in the water.
We had only two private guides. During the bike tour in BA was our guide Miguel and at the Iquazu waterfalls was our guide Adrian. Both guides were great. Both were perfect guides : They gave the perfect explanation, but they gave us also the freedom to explore the area ourself. If we had a question, they gave us a satisfactory answer.
The BA City Tour wasn’t an added value. First of all they didn’t picked us up from the hotel. Lucky your intervention solved the problem. The City Tour was just with a van riding through the city without a stop. We couldn’t step out and look around. The explanation of the guide was limited. We would not do it again this excursion. Besides that everything was good organized. Good job Rodrigo!
Thnx for the great vacation!. We look back with joy.
Thanks so much for your service!

My friend who traveled with Say Hueque in Argentina a few years ago recommended me. Your timely communications, before trip contact and during the trip contact make me a peace of mind.
E! MAPI is the best hotel with class and everything. My favorite excursions were to the Sacred Valley and Amazon, as we had the best tour guides, the one in Sacred Valley (I forgot his name) as well as Victor, the guide at Amazon, were great!
Awesome holiday!

HI!
Argentina was great. Awesome holiday.
If I did it again the only thing I would change is that I would have stayed youth hostels as it's easier to meet people there. Also the average age on the tours was a lot older than me so I would look to find tours nearer my age group.
Apart from that it was a great holiday. Thanks for organising!

Saludos,
Ale Aguilera
