The best of traveling with you was the immediate responses we got from the very beginning of the planning all the way through the entire trip. We were able to make a last minute change and you made sure it went through.

Dear Patty,
Thank you for being available when we needed clarifications on our trip!!! Knowing you were a text away was very comforting.
We do not remember where we found you. We had used you for booking airline tickets on our trip to Argentina. Our friends also booked the tickets with you and some tour in Iguassu Falls. All those arrangements were good so we contacted you again.

All the hotels were fine. Cannot really say one stood out.
Same thing with excursions. They varied somewhat and the guides were very different. We really did enjoy the morning tour we added in Atacama although the climb up the hill was a bit of a challenge.
Each guide was very different. Some were better than others but no one stood out as do not use again.
There was a different way to see penguins. Might have tried that now that we know the Magdalena Island tour is often cancelled due to weather.
Do you think we should post on the Argentina site at Trip Advisor. We were in Chile. Not sure which forum to use. What would you suggest?
Kind regards,
Barbara
Our trip was TERRIFIC. Your team did everything exactly as planned!

Hi Sergio - Greetings from the United Airlines Business Lounge in Buenos Aires. Are trip was TERRIFIC. Your team did everything exactly as planned, allowing us to really enjoy our time in Iguazu and being sure of all arrangements (your driver who picked us up today at the domestic airport and drove us to EZE was very efficient!).
To answer your questions (and I will add a very positive review to Trip Advisor when I get a chance):
I did some searching on the web for tours to Iguazu and really liked the reviews I read about Say Hueque. Then, dealing with your staff was pretty easy, and they (and you) were very patient with all my questions - something I really appreciated. I especially appreciate your contacting us and watching over us for the past few days. This was a wonderful way to end our time in Argentina, at one of the most amazing wonders of the world with very efficient planes and execution, and a loverly hotel (with the best fish and beef we had on our whole trip to Chile and Argentina!). A few months ago, when I had to get our Brazilian visas, I needed to get a copy of our flight itinerary, and I was impressed that I received it within hours! Great work!
I can’t think of anything to improve, but I’ll think about it (by the way, our guides suggestions for local fish and local drinks were terrific).
Here is one photo, and I’ll send another panorama.
Just posted a review on Trip Advisor. Here’s another photo - I hope it will make it as it’s a big panorama,
Alan

Dear Patty
as per your request, please find our comments.
We found Say Hueque looking in internet when we decided our trip to Argentina. We have choosen your company becouse of best offer/prices and good information we found .
Generally the organization has been good but we would like to point out the following:
- The hotel in Ushuaia was too far from the center and we were obliged to take taxi.
- Two days with canoeing was too much, in fact the second day we prefered to walk .
- The hotel in Calafate was not good: room too small - the safety box did not work and they did not fix it - after 3 days they did not change the towels - the breakfast was very minimal .
- when we arrived at the Trelew airport, there was not the pick up to the hotel.
- your program on the 2nd february was: Puerto Madryn hotel/Punta Tombo/Puerto Madryn/ Trelew airport. In order to avoid going and back (140km total), we decided to remain in Trelew and we had to pay the taxi to the airport .(the turist company Huinca has saved the money but did not organize the transport to the airport : 10 minutes).
- On January 27th in the program was not pointed out the we would have to pay the National park again.
- In Buenos Aires we would expect to meet someone of your agency .
The best one was in Iguazu and also the one in Buenos Aires was very peculiar hotel in a good position.
Iguazu: we suggest to put in your program the vist of the park of Aves, in the Brasilian side which we found it very very interesting.
The two days of the Glacier park
The Torres del Pine
The 2 days of Peninsula Valdes
We found very good the guide of Iguazu (Mariel) and the two of Peninsula Valdes.
we have asked to put in the program El Chalten. 2 days are very few and it is very difficult to see the mountains so it is better to spend an additional day in Torres del Pine
For sure we will suggest your Company to eventual person who intend to travel to Argentina.
Thanks for your support and for all the information you gave us during our trip.
All the best

Hola Vanesa
Sorry to keep you waiting with my answers
Recommendation of Mr. Aschi Widmer, Bern, who organized our trip to Galapagos.
Nice hotels and impressive tours that you recommended to us.
Sheraton Iguazu Hotel: breathtaking location (Casa Sur Bellini Hotel was also very nice, and offered very friendly service).
Iguazu Argentinian side + Gran Aventura; Fiesta Gaucha at El Ombu were our favorites excursions.
Time coordination for El Ombu tour: We were informed by phone that departure would be 10:00 instead of 9:00, but Signature then nevertheless sent the bus at 9:00 to pick us up – got a bit of a rush, and kept other passengers waiting…
We highly appreciate the smooth organization that you provided, and also some nice details, such as the Mate bowl that your colleague Adrian Elosegui sent us!
We will also give a positive feedback to Aschi Widmer, who recommended Say Hueque to us, and organizes trips to South America.
Best regards and thanks again

The logistics were impeccable. The attention to detail was spot on. the tours were given by professionals who had a keen interest in what they were showing to us.

Hello Patricia, so nice to hear from you. I hope that Patricio and Ursula are all well. Thank you, we had a safe trip back and an easy re-entry thanks to good weather and calm seas.
We’re happy to give reviews although it may take us some time to complete the ones with tripadvisor etc, but please find the answers to your questions below.
Lately my wife, Noel, and I have been using travel companies based in the country where we are going to travel. Companies based in the US do a fine job and the use some of the same resources as “ in country agents", but it seems that professionals from that particular country have a clearer understanding of where, when, who and how. plus, economically speaking, the money stays in that country.
We found you by googling the best travel company in argentina.

Hotel Loreto to because they took tired, confused and impaired travelers and made them comfortable and able to enjoy the city. super friendly and knowledgable staff. Senderos in el Chalten. Hosteria las Torres for it’s location inside the park. Rosell Boher because it was surrounded by vineyards.

Hiking in the national parks is incredible, so torres del paine and el chalten, but as far an an excursion with a tour guide goes, probably the trip to valparaiso. a city full of surprises and human created beauty.
I’d like to have the tip guide clarified in both us dollars and whatever the local currency is wherever we travel with whatever company in whatever country. plus it often seems too low for someone who drives you safely for 6 hours or who has so much knowledge of a place that they can find you a clean bathroom without interrupting the flow of the tour. these are priceless skills. so a tip amount for someone who does their job, the a tip for someone who is competent, then a tip amount for someone who is excellent at their job. 3 levels, in both dollars and local currency.
We all think you did an excellent job. We enjoyed all the tours. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a tour agency in Chile or Argentina.

Hi, Lucia!
Thank you so much for all the work you did to make our time in Santiago and Buenos Aires a great success.
Both the hotels were great. Their locations are excellent and the rooms and staff were great too. The staff at L'Hotel Palermo were particularly helpful, especially Gabriel. All our tours were good. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Roberto, the guide to Le Tigre, had excellent English and was a walking encyclopedia. Juan was our city guide and he too was helpful and knowledgeable. He had a different perspective than Roberto so it was a nice contrast. Gus, too was very knowledgeable.
We enjoyed all the tours. However, we did find the Tango night a little late for eating. When on holidays we keep our days quite busy so having supper at after nine and not getting back to the hotel until after 11:30 is a little late. I think that those times are common for Argentinians but for many North Americans that is late for supper. Also the venue was very cold. The air conditioning was turned too low. I know you have no control over that but they might ask for evaluation. However, the dancing was great and the setting lovely.
In Chile, the wine tour day was terrific. The city tour was great. The tour to Valparaiso was interesting. We would have liked a little more time in the city to see more than one funicular. Though the lunch was good and in a lovely setting, we all would have preferred more touring and less time for lunch. Again, I think part of this is a cultural thing. We tend not to spend more than half an hour or so for lunch.
These are just comments, not meant to be in any way a criticism. We all think you did an excellent job.
Thank you for the bottle of wine. It was very thoughtful.
I will recommend you to anyone looking for a tour agency in Chile or Argentina.

Hello Particia,
we’re back in Switzerland. We had a great time in Argentina and Chile. Thanks for your assistance.
We found you via Google. SAY was able to accommodate our requests, the journey from Salta to San Pedro. The best of traveling with you was having an agency that assists you.
Our favorite Hotel was Antiguo Convento Hotel. Nice quiet place, not in the bustling centre, but very close and our favorite excursion the Moon Valley Tour in San Pedro with Gonzalo.
We had a good experience with you. Because of some extreme weather condition our itinerary had to be adjusted and we felt that at some point the communication wasn’t too clear from your side.
Mostly because you were the „main“ agency in Buenos Aires, and we had other local contacts that communicated to us. But eventually we managed to visit all the places and do all the booked tours, which was great.
Feedback Tour 1 - Salta Humahuaca
- The scenery was very impressive
- Size of group was good (14)
- Vehicle and driver felt very safe
- Tour guide did explain and give information - personally I felt it could be more related to the landscape, as in the formation and colours of the rocks, mountains. etc.
- The balance between driving (500km) and being outside (total 2.5h @ 5 different places) of the tour bus wasn’t too good. Too much driving, when we felt that we wanted to have a walk in the rocks.
- Also some of the stops were clearly to encourage the visitors to buy artisanry products. We wished rather to spend that time on a good hike/walk on the rocks / in the mountains.
I think it would be good if you would mention that the tour is predominantly a bus tour with amazing scenic views, but that the amount of time that you spend outdoor is limited.
Feedback Tour 2 - Salta to San Pedro
- The scenery was very impressive
- Amazing journey
- We waited approx. 5h at the boarder (ARG/CHL). Out of anyones control of course.
- Amazing (crazy) weather. Rain - Sun - Wind - Thunderstorm - Snow - torrential Rain (in that order from Salta to San Pedro) so it was very impressive
- Safe Vehicle and Driver
Feedback Tour 3 - Tatio Geysers San Pedro
- Great Tour
- Size of group was good (12)
- Tour Guide Information was a bit basic, but good
- Amazing swim in the warm water
- Vehicle and driver felt very safe
Feedback Tour 4 - Moon Vally
- Amazing Tour
- The scenery was very impressive.
- Size of group was good (12)
- Tour Guide Information was good and informative
- Vehicle and driver felt very safe
- Nice amount of time we spent outside the bus, walking in the rocks and mountains.
General Feedback Pricing:
- Pricing Hotel was good. Extra Nights in Salta was a fair price of 60USD per night.
- We understand that when booking tours from abroad, prices are more expensive. Which is legitimate as you as an agency are organising it. And yet even though we didn’t have the breakdown of the individual tours, comparing what it would have cost us, if booked locally, these prices seemed substantially cheaper. But I think that is ok - as I said, we very appreciated your assistance.
Where we really struggled to understand the pricing was with the transfers:
Transfer Salta:
Hotel to Busstation, 1.2km - 5min drive (we could have almost walked..)
our cost: 26USD (2x13USD) equals 400 AR$
A Taxi (and we took many in Salta) would have charged us around 40AR$
I understand it’s a private transfer…. but factor 10… it’s too much.
Transfer San Pedro - Calama
approx. 100km - 1.5h drive
(the bus spend 1h hour to pick up guest from locations in San Pedro. San Pedro is very small, from a ecological point of view: - it would have so much better for all the guest to be picked up from one or two points.)
your cost: 80USD (2x40USD) equals 51'170 CLP
Also the bus was a shared service 14P (which is totally fine), but we than realised that the other travellers who paid the driver directly paid 10’000CLP per Person. Again that’s 2.5 times less what we paid.
Once again, we had a great time in Argentine - and I would recommend SAY to friends. I hope the feedback helps to even more improver your great service. Thank you again for your assistance and
All the best and kind Regards from Switzerland
Diego

Rodrigo,
So nice to hear from you! We loved our trip to Argentina! I would be happy to answer your questions and to write a review on Trip Advisor.
1. We chose Say Hueque because a friend had used your service a couple of years ago and was very pleased with your service and she highly recommended your company. I had looked into using 2 other tour companies and they sent us their proposals but we felt the Say Hueque was the best itenarary and the best price.
2. It is hard to say what the best was, because it was all so good. We loved being met at the airport and taken to our hotels and on the return being picked up at the hotel and taken to the airport and also had our boarding passes which was so nice. The guides would take us into the airport, make sure we were in the right line, etc. Always very nice and helpful. Everything was seamless, very organized, if there was a change in a pick up time our hotel was notified so we never were waiting around.
3. We really enjoyed each of the hotels, in Buenos Aires the LHotel was in a great location, rooms were small but clean and it was such a quiet, peaceful place in a busy city. The Jasy Hotel room was huge and at first very warm, but the air conditioner worked great and got it cooled down so it was very comfortable. The Lares De Chacra was very nice, again a quiet and peaceful setting. The room was large and well laid out and the restaurant there was excellent. The Ayres Del Nahuel Hotel in Bariloche was a good location and the room was nice and clean. It did not have much character, but it certainly was fine. The Puesto Viejo was fabulous….we loved having this quiet time at the end of our trip. It was so beautiful, the food was great and the setting was so nice. The polo lessons were so much fun and the stay was very enjoyable.
4. It is hard to say what our favorite excursion was, because we enjoyed each of them very much. The polo was so much fun! The tours in Bariloche were great and we saw so much of the country side, all or which is so beautiful. We loved your tour of Buenos Aires, the wine tours were great too and the Falls were fabulous as well.
5. You were a great guide and we really appreciated having you as a contact person. We also like Juan in the wine country, he was very knowledgeable about wines and the history of the wine country. The driver there was also a delight, Antonio. Julio at the Polo ranch was very nice, patient and pleasant and we enjoyed him very much.
6. I really cannot think of any need improvements. We would not have changed anything about our trip I don’t think. Probably the least favorite was the long day in Urugay….we would have enjoyed seeing more of the area than just Colonia, it was interesting but really only needed half a day, not an entire day and evening. Wish we would have rented a car and driven around some or done something more there.
We would happily give your tour company a five star rating and we would be happy to give recommendations to people if you want refer people to us.
Thank you so much and if/when we are ready for another trip to South America we would use you again.
Thank you so much!
