Hi Deborah:
Yes we are all back home here in New Jersey and Anna and Graham are safely back in Ireland. All of our flights were punctual and nothing could have gone better.
Everyone was indeed very helpful and efficient. At all stages Say Hueque performed admirably. The Sheraton was wonderful as were the Falls, which of course were spectacular.
Our evening dining in Iguazu at, I believe it was called "La Rueda," was also delightful. In fact, it is difficult to find any faults. We all enjoyed ourselves very much.
Thank you for the recipe for Argentinian Empanadas. I fear that this will be more of a challenge.
Thank you Deborah for all of your assistance and that of your colleagues and I hope that we shall have the opportunity to cross paths again.
Silvia & Raymond

Hi Yuna and Say Hueque,
Thanks to Say Hueque we had [the] opportunity to have a great trip starting with Rio de Janeiro , via Iguazu , El Chalten , El Calafate , Ushuaia ending in fantastic Capital Buenos Aires. I must admit I have visited many countries [all] over the World among others China , Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Kenya, RPA, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Egypt, Tunisia, Israel, Jordan, Turkey, Mexico, USA, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia and almost all countries in Europe. I have to say that recently the winner was Peru, now new a winner has emerged - ARGENTINA !!!.
You should be proud and lucky you live in such beautiful and charming country. Many factors decided to create my opinion but first of all fantastic people - very friendly, helpful and keeping smiling despite many daily troubles affected to them. Secondly -fantastic nature I had not [encountered] before - like Iguazu (I had thought [that] Victoria falls are the best), Perito Moreno Glacier and sharp summit of Fitz Roy created unforgettable pictures that I'd like to keep in my memory by the end of my life.
Of course Ushuaia, with its rough climate, is absolutely fantastic. Obviously, I can`t omit delicious food - I would not rather tell you how many kilograms of beefs I consumed because you would not believe me.....
Unfortunately my time was limited by International Congress of Anesthesiologist that was proudly held by Buenos Aires but thanks to your country and Say Hueque I could participate in it more actively.
Of course everything was possible by Mariano Galindo - MANY THANKS MARIANO - who designed a final program of our trip. A SPECIAL THANKS TO YOU.
BRAVO YUNA - for your care , nice tips and proactivness. Thanks to you we felt safely all the time during our travelling - you were our Guardian Angel . Bravo again - keep it up. Finally , thanks for your Company and for its professional approach to the clients.
Despite the fact my time in Argentina has been terminated , we have decided to return to your fantastic country as quickly as possible to continue discontinued delecting of nature - undoubtly with SAY HUEQUE!!!!!!!!
I will do my best to recommend your company in my country and [to] people who want to visit Argentina. We wish you all the best.

I just wanted to thank you so much for all your help! I truly had an amazing trip! The program gave me everything I wanted to see. The hotels were incredible. And the tours were spectacular! I had so much fun. I wish I could stay longer. I love Argentina!
Thanks again for everything.
Have a good week!
Megan.

Hola Carolina,
Thank you for your follow up note which is very professional. Appreciate the empanada recipe which we will try out, nice touch!
I must say Argentina is truly one of the best countries I've been (and i do travel a lot to make this statement hold strong).
Totally love your country and i will definitely come back again to finish what I've missed (Mendoza, Bariloche,
Ushuaia etc). Truly beautiful!
We had a great time and here are some of our feedback for your info (to continue doing what's best and what to improve) :
WHAT WORKED :
a) Most parts generally went smoothly as per planned, juts a few hiccups which will be mentioned below.
b) Our favourite hotel would be LOS PONCHOS, hands down! We felt totally at home and couldn't wait to get back
to El Calafate becos of the warm hospitality of the place and people running it! Kudos on that!
c) The transport was always on time and clean vans/busses.(except for the bus which transported us from Calafate to Chelten,
the seats were a bit musky)
d) Thank you for booking rooms with wooden flooring for me, can't remember if i mentioned to Teo i am allergic
to dust mites but i was most happy with my flooring in each room. (Shannon may not have had the same to say
in El Puma as her room was old carpet and she didn't have a comfortable night in El Puma as her room was a tad
old/sheets/blankets not as 'new' - Shannon may want to add in her bit of remarks here herself?)
e) Torres del Paine was most beautiful and we enjoyed our walk to the lake.
WHAT DIDN'T WORK :
a) We didn't realise we were left on our own most of the time until it all happened. We are used normally used
to having tour guides with us all the time. I guess we finally read your tag line, "For the INDEPENDENT traveller!"
b) Torres del paine was gorgeous but felt the guide Marcello could have spoken more on the truck to tell us
all more on the history of the place. He was more of a guide to tell us where to go.
If he did tell us any story, it was because we would walk up to him and ask due to our own curiosity.
c) When we waited at the cafe to go to Puerto Natales, we were rather unsure what was to happen. The person
who was supposed to meet us should be there before we got there so we don't sit around and wait for any
stranger who would walk up to us and ferry us away without proper identification.
When he did turn up, he just asked if we were the 3 that was waiting to be taken to P. Natales.
He didn't ask for "Ai-Ling" or give us a name for verification.
He later very kindly offered to take us into Puerto Natales earlier (as the bus would take a longer time), offered by
a driver, and another guy who was off duty.
Being tourists (who have been forewarned about being careful in SA), we were rather worried cos
we would go in a private car with 3 men who were strangers, and there were 2 of us ladies, and 1 guy…
totally feeling vulnerable.
Of course we now TOTALLY APPRECIATE what he did, (truly very kind of them to do us a favour and we would like to
thank them now profusely) but at that point in moment, we were rather 'scared' to follow them, know what i mean?
[I think he may have gotten a bit offended by our cautiousness but we were just doing what we felt right at that time].
d) When we got to Puerto Natales, we were surprised that there was no real programme for us to follow.
We certainly did not have laundry to wash. Hence we made some desperate calls to your emergency number
hoping we would only stay 1 night (instead of 2 nights in PN) as there wasn't much to do there. The town was
small enough for us to cover in 2 hours. We would have preferred to go back to Buenos Aires earlier as there
was much to do there. Anyway, that was our mistake on our part for not reading and understanding that part clearly.
And it was to late to make changes.
e) On our last day when we arrived from Chelten back to Calafate, we were told to go to the agency in Calafate
in town to wait for the bus in the evening but there was no address.
So we went back to our safe heaven, Los Ponchos and they kindly called your office. Someone spoke to them and
told us to wait for someone to come pick us at 6pm. Then later, someone else from your office called and said we were
to make our own way to the office in town and wait. By then, we had already unloaded our luggage from the taxi and
definitely not willing to make a trip out again lugging the luggage again. That was a bit of an issue there. Pls add in your
address in your itinerary for your future clients.
Overall, we felt the package would have been more competitive if more value was thrown in as most of the cost was only in
transportation and a little bit of guide work.
We hope this constructive feedback would be useful for you as a take back for your company.
Would we recommend you to our friends? Yes, but will caution them on areas that could be improved on.
Keep up the good work!
Best, Ai-Ling

Carolina: Hola to you.
Before I forget, here are some notes that may be helpful for you:
1. The Patagonia If Hotel in P. Natales was fascinating. This one, the Jarke, is also great. Each one has been interesting in a particular way. Perhaps the least so was the Tierra del Fuego in P. Arenas, though it had a great location and we had a great lamb meal in its restaurant.
2. Tonight we went to the Maria Lola restaurant. It was very good but for the prices it should have been better. I still think the restaurant in the Senderos Hosteria in El Chalten was the best we experienced in our whole trip - Ecuador, Chile and Argentina. Another idea might be to have 1 day less in Calafete and 1 day more in El Chalten. The hiking in Chalten is so good and it is all accessible without having to book and pay for a tour provider.
3. We really like how Say Hueque has put together our Patagonia trip. Just enough organized stuff, but lots of time on our own. The all day bus trip from P. Arenas yesterday was something I would only want to do once, but it was truly amazing! We wondered about the ferry crossing as the sea was so rough, but it went quite smoothly. So glad we got to see so much of Patagonia on the ground.
4. We had a little 'hiccup' (small problem) this morning when we got picked up by the wrong tour company - no one's fault. We confirmed that somehow the guide had our names and I gave him the voucher which he accepted. About a half hour later he and we realized we were on the wrong outing. They kindly brought us back to our hotel and called Nunatuk tours. We got a taxi to the National Park and met up with our group so it all worked out.
5. We would be happy to recommend Say Hueque to anyone. We feel very connected to you but also on our own - just perfect!
Carolina, thank you for everything. Maybe we will get to meet you in Buenos Aires!
Many thanks for your good work,
Linda
We were very pleased with the arrangements and communication from Say Hueque
- Johanna ValtaWe were very pleased with the arrangements and communication from Say Hueque
Dear Carolina and Jane,
Here’s some feedback as you requested: We were very pleased with the arrangements and communication from Say Hueque and loved the messages you sent us during the trip! There was some unnecessary waiting here and there (eg. 1st day in Ushuaia, 2nd day in Torres del Paine) since check out from hotels was usually by 11am and transportations late afternoon, but otherwise everything was professionally organized and we had the needed material, schedules etc. well in advance.
The Stella Australis cruise was the absolute highlight of our trip – we could recommend it for anybody! The staff at the ship was so friendly, food was good and everything worked smoothly.
We also loved the nature in Torres del Paine and thinking of it now, should’ve booked at least one more day there.
Although there was nothing wrong with the hotel itself (expect the really bad breakfast and lunchbox), Solares del Sur in El Calafate was not really targeted towards our needs. The hotel was outside town and since this trip was more of a pampering and relaxation holiday for us, after paying over 4.000 euros we weren’t really interested in cooking our own food or washing the dishes. However, we must say that the staff there was really nice and helpful and we're sure it’s a great place if you travel on a low budget or are traveling with more time and a do-it-yoursef attitude, which from time to time can also be very enjoyable.
All in all we would recommend Say Hueque to anyone traveling in Argentina. We also liked the partners you had in Chilean side such as Comapa and Huellas del Sur. Everything worked very smoothly with them!
Thank you once again and enjoy the upcoming summer in Argentina!

It was good travelling in Argentina with Say Hueque because the tours were well organised with the company in Iguazu. Your website is very good; well detailed and informative and [you offer] a good price range compared to others. Also you respond to emails promptly.

Hola SayHueque!
We are heading back to [New Zealand] tomorrow. Just a quick note to say we enjoyed Iguazu Falls very much. The weather was perfect, nice [and] warm and we enjoyed seeing both sides of the [Iguazu] Falls.

Hi Mauro,
Back to reality in cold and freezing Holland.
But I still want to thank you for the advice and arranging our trip to Iguazu the 1st week of January.
(If you can still remember.)
We had a great time and met a lot of interesting people.
Iguazu was marvellous, but we enjoyed the wetlands and the Jesuit ruins very much too.
Back in Buenos Aires I' ve picked up the wine and enjoyed it.
Thanks again and we want to send you our regards.
