Hello Carolina,

We had wonderful time in Argentina and enjoyed the trip very much. It's hard to say what we liked the most. Each day was different and unique in it's own way. We liked it all, Patagonia, Mendoza, Buenos Aires, Malbec, Lomo.....:)

Now we're back home but will be remembering all the great days and live from tons of memories and moments we created during the trip. You have a beautiful country and we hope to return soon.

The itinerary was very well prepared and everything worked out well. All guides very professional, nice and knowledgeable about their area. All hotels were very nice, cozy with very helpful and friendly staff. We did not experience any issue during this trip.

I would like to say special thank you to you and all of your colleagues (Silvia, Mia) for all your help, assistance and care with and during our trip. You were all great.

Happy New Year, Carolina!

My sister and I have been home for a couple of weeks and we really miss Argentina. What an amazing trip!

We liked Hotel Austral in Ushuaia the most. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was perfect - walking distance from the main shops and excursion starting points at the port.

The best part about traveling with you was that everything was so well organized. From the airport pickups/drop-offs to the excursions - everything moved very smoothly. Also, all of the expectations about our trip were either met or exceeded because Say Hueque was very clear with their itinerary communications about what to expect when experiencing each excursion.

There were a few times when transportation or excursions were running a little late, but everything worked out in the end. I would recommend reassuring travelers that there may be some delays, but not to worry because things will be fine when all is said and done.

There is one word that encompasses all that Argentina has to offer: UNREAL!!!!!! From the mouth-watering food, to the awe-inspiring sights, and the super fun nightlife; all of these experiences will leave you thinking that this country can't be real because everything is so awesome!

The meat and wine were delicious. The tango shows were sensual and entertaining. Iguazu Falls and Patagonia's environment and glaciers will leave you breathless. The nightlife will make your heart race and body sweat. And the people and culture will make you feel less like a tourist and more like an honorary Argentinian citizen.

We want to give a big "THANK YOU" to Say Hueque and their amazing staff for organizing such a flawless vacation! We are left with only one question after our trip: When are we coming back?

The services provided were terrific. Pricing out the services individually showed the good value of using Say Hueque: it would have cost me about the same if I had arranged all myself--with much more hassle. We want to go back to Argentina, and I would definitely use Say Hueque again.

Gracias para su mensaje. En general estamos contentos del viaje y nos gustó mucho Patagonia. Unos comentarios :

- hoteles: seguramente preferimos lo de El Calafate. Ushuaia estaba bien pero nada especial a pesar de la buena ubicación.
- traslados : todo bien a excepción del traslado en Ushuaia donde llegamos una hora y media antes de la salida del barco que era a las 10 y no a las 9.30. Habríamos podido dormir una hora mas!
- asistencia en los sitios: encontramos la agencia de El Calafate ofreciendo un mejor servicio de la de Ushuaia.
- general: es una pena que Say Hueque no ofreció diferentes alternativas de excursiones. Por ejemplo a el Calafate no nos dijeron que había la posibilidad de una excursión incluyendo paseo sobre el glaciar; en Ushuaia también no nos ofrecieron alternativas de cruceros que incluyan la vista de pingüinos (pinguineiras) y cuando nos demos cuenta era demasiado tarde. También sería bueno que al lado de las excurciones incluyese Say Hueque sugiera otras excursiónes. Por ejemplo fuimos a mirar los castores que encontramos en Ushuaia y fue muy lindo.

Pero en general quedamos contentos.

We would like to let you know about our vacation to Buenos Aires and Iguazu Falls.

Thanks to you our recent vacation was so much better than we ever expected. Your organization was exceptional and without any problems. We were extremely happy with hotels you picked for us BoBo hotel in Buenos Aires and La Cantera hotel in the jungle of Iguazu Falls. I can't imagine anything better than sitting on the balcony in the jungle. It was the best vacation ever. Malbec wine we received from you is our favorite wine and we already found them in here and bought it.

Thank you Deborah to give us great experience of Iguazu Falls from Argentinean and Brazilian side. We will always remember beautiful views and sounds of waterfalls of magnificent Iguazu Falls.

Buenos Aires is a beautiful city per my husband it's better than Paris we visited last year. We enjoyed our city tour with knowlegible guide. Also we would like to thank you to all our drivers to make sure we were on time and safe.

Dear Carolina,

We just got back from Argentina today. I did not have email contact while I was away so I was not able to answer any of your emails. I was planning on emailing you to tell you how wonderful everything was. I felt as if we were truly cared for. Everything went very smoothly. Southern Patagonia was beautiful and we had very good weather except for one day in El Chalten when it was extremely windy and we were not able to do a hike and during the rafting trip in Ushuaia when it rained. I can't complain since the other days were good. I found the whole trip to be very well planned. The only suggestion I have is if it is possible to take an earlier boat to the Grande Refugio in Torre del Paine. Due to the time we got there we were only able to hike up to the Italian camp and would have liked to hike further to the view point after the British camp which I heard was beautiful. Getting there earlier would allow for that.

The accommodations were very good and were well located. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had our own room in the refugio. The hotels in Puerto Natales and Puenta Arrenas were okay but as we were only there for only one night it was fine.
Afterwards we spent 4 nights in Buenos Aires and 2 in Igazu both of which we very much enjoyed. The falls are spectacular. You have a beautiful country.
I would definitely recommend Say Hueque.

1. It was a pleasure dealing with Ezequiel Fernadez through out. I got the Say Hueque reference from Trip Advisor comments and I was not let down. Great service from BA office. Smooth paper work and payment for me in South Africa.

2. Loved the trip to Iguazu...and the wood chocolates. Very nice that a Rep took the time to call on me at the Hotel. First Class.

3. The Tour was outstanding and the Guide ( sorry ..can not remember his name..bad of me ) was great. Helpful, spoke English to us in a Spanish tour group...fixed our passports to Brazil. Kept an eye on every one. Thanks.

4. The Hotel was just OK. We were staying in NH Hotels on the trip so maybe not a good comparison. The room was OK but the hotel seemed very under staffed and the service was not good. No Wi Fi and no hope of getting it fixed. Breakfasts were badly served. Food was not replaced and they were pretty full so lots of people. No staff around. Tables were not cleared. No knives and forks. Supper food quality was not great. We had to eat there. Nice pool.

But we loved the trip to Iguazu. We went on to spend 5 weeks in Uruguay , Argentina and Chile. Great!

Sorry for the delay. I attached some pics! We absolutely loved Argentina and the people. Say Hueque did a great job at organising everything. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the high quality of the tour guides we had everywhere.

The only hotel we didn’t care for as mentioned to you, was Patagonia Rebelde Hotel in El Calafate. It was a bit far from the town centre and the people running it seemed to lack that personalised touch that all other places had. Also the rooms are very small and the walls are thin. But otherwise, all hotels were great!

Thanks for the recipe. We will definitely try it out!

We have already recommend Say Hueque to a few friends that would like to visit Argentina.
