Happy to give feedback
Biggest complaint had to do with spotty translation services on guided tour around Salta. This bothered me because I usually don't pay for tours and decided to do that in part so I could get lots if info. So disappointed. I gave all these details to Laura
Most hotels were great but at Hotel Convento the rooms varied significantly. First nite in really substandard room for amount if money I paid. Very dark and little ventilation. Second time there amazing room with tons of light and Windows's. Last two nights room was fine
My favorite hotel was Bohemia Hotel in Mendiza. The place was charming and the staff wonderful.
The wine tour was disappointing as you know. Don't think it was worth a private tour in fact not sure that I got anything more out of it, I had a private transfer to wineries but the guide just came along and then let the winery guides take over so that confused me. In fact I think it would have been more fun to go around tasting with others
Pudulodge was nice especially for its location. Hiking out the back door. I would tell clients that the hike could easily be ten hours on the Fitz Roy trail nit eight. Lived my private guide. A real gem!
In El Calafate the hotel was lovely. Great rooms and food. Now that I have been there I would have much preferred something closer to town. With the cold winds didn't feel much like going to town for dinner so it's a little isolated

Should have taken your advice in BA. I booked a Homestay and although the hostess is wonderful I am having a hard time sleeping in the heat. All of her air conditioners are broken :(
Just visited acupuncturist. Wow was that an experience. Jose Chang. That name makes me smile.
Not suppose to walk alit next few days so trying to remake my plans. One question. Am really interested in hearing live local music. Any suggestions for places to go?
Got to run

I had a wonderful time during a recent month-long stay in Argentina and thoroughly enjoyed the customized 10 day tour which Say Hueque put together for me to El Calafate, Patagonia, Iguazu Falls and then Salta up north, which included an awesome overnight 2-day trip to the surrounding areas such as Cachi, Cafayate and vineyards. For a single, older woman, it was a truly exciting adventure and Say Hueque made sure I was well-looked after every step of the way by pleasant and very professional local guides and drivers. Once back in Buenos Aires, Say Hueque continued to be of assistance throughout the rest of my stay.
We had an awesome trip; so well organized by you and the companies in each place.

Hi Mauro and Say Hueque!
We had an awesome trip; so well organized by you and the companies in each place.
The Hostel Del Glacier Libertador in El Calafate was first class, and Heullas del Sur representative was informative re activities when we were transferred to our accommodation.
Both tours were most interesting- the Glacier had a huge ice calving a few days before our visit; and at Torres Del Paine we were flattened by winds exceeding 100km/h.
We spent our ‘free’ day exploring the bird reserve, seeing birds which we don’t have in south Africa . The restaurants recommended were good.
The Buryaile Hotel in Salte was friendly and welcoming despite the fact we had to use the translation programme on their computer to communicate with them.
Salta was abuzz with people. The Safari to the Clouds was picturesque and Purmanarca B+B near the busy market, which we enjoyed.
Humahuaca was busy getting ready for Good Friday’s activities, decorating stalls with reeds and garlands.
The guide who took us to Calchachaqui valley was most informative, and the road was interesting, twisting and turning.
As we were only 4 in the group and not interested in the wine farms, we spent more time in the Conchas gorge,a most beautiful place.
At Iguazu the Hostel Marcopolo Suites was also first class, and Caracol Internacional was well organized – they rearranged our scheduled when we expressed a wish to visit the Falls a second time to walk the Macuco trail- the Park gives a discount if one visits it 2 days in a row. The Brazilian side was breathtaking.
Port del Sur in Buenos Aires was an experience to remember – what a wonderful old building – comfortable.
Thank you for the wonderful stay in Argentina!
Blessings

Dear Carolina,
thank you for the email.
great trip and great organization: thank you Say Hueque. You never leaved us alone from the beginning to the end, and we really appreciate that.
Patagonia is just a wonderful land, the hotel was clean and good with a great view and also very calm (but they had forgotten that we were guest there for the new eve dinner, and so there wasn’t a table for us and we have had to scream a little bit because they offer us to prepare a table in the bar, just for my family. You know, spend the night alone in a bar while all the people was in the restaurant room, wasn’t nice. But at the end they understood the situation and found a mini-space also for us offering us a bottle of wine… and then… the rings matter. As I told you they were not precious, but my daughter just leave them there. In any case, our fault forget something, so..). We also have had a little problem with Huellas del Sur because they've changed the pick up time to the airport just calling the reception and not us, which is a shame. Their idea was to pick up us for the airport at 12 o’clock (the flight was at 3.30 pm) so for them we had to stay in the El Calafate airport for 3 hours! I called them telling not to come, and we called a taxi. Fantastic the mini-trekking experience with hielo y aventura guides! Very professional team.
My family just adored the Loi Suites Iguazù and absolutely fantastic was Lucas, the guide. He is such a special man, gently, very professional and really prepared. Please, send him our greetings.
Therefore, apart from some unexpected event (which is normal, I think, in an international trip) everything went well. Thank you again. We really recommend Say Hueque. My best, Luisa
(please, forward my greeting also to Patricio Rapaport, always very gentle and professional)

Starting from the first day of my work with Say Hueque has been very nice. Patricio is very patient, open to changes, understands the needs. The logistics have worked very well. The tours selection, accommodation selection are very nice. The complete trip is a great experience. All Say Hueque staff I met were very nice.

What a destination! So Unique and a must do! Say Hueque, we are impressed by your service! The tours you suggested, the whole travel plan, and the people we connected with...just perfect!
The trip went well and the weather was good.

Hello Caroline, how are you?
The trip went well and the weather was good. Very nice tour to Punta Tombo and excursion to Perito Moreno.
The Peninsula Valdez, however, we liked less as the time taken to reach it is very long and elephant seals can be seen from very far (in Australia and South Africa have seen their closer).
Maybe after the cruise we could reach directly El Calafate recovering a day for the other excursion (ex. to the Upsala Glacier).
Good hotel Dazzler Puerto Madryn and we loved it Esplendor El Calafate but the reception staff is friendly but does not work well (forget alarm clock, messages etc.)
Anyway thanks for the organization and a warm greeting,
MT
