I loved all the hotel that was handpicked by Say Hueque. Especially the Gran Meliá Iguazú. So beautiful and great location!
Definitely visiting the Iguazu Falls in Argentina and Brazil. Breath-taking view and an experience we can never forget. A definite wonder. We had a truly great time exploring the Iguazu Jungle.
Regarding the guides, I should definitely mention Carla and Adrian!!! Genuine service and care. Always there to assist whenever we need.

Say Hueque provided us with a customized itinerary with hotels that exactly matched our request for a mix of sight-seeing in Argentina and hiking in Patagonia (Argentina and Chile). All travel arrangements and tours were pre-arranged for hotel and airport (international and domestic) pick-ups and drop-offs, and these services were right on time and provided by very pleasant and helpful staff. The hotels were great and many of them had excellent restaurants that made it easy to enjoy the local cuisine. Especially memorable were Fierro Hotel (Eco Restaurant), Estancia Helsingfors and Las Torres Hotel.

Given that we did not want to be part of a larger tour group (12-16 people), this approach worked best for us. The booking staff (Lucia and Yuna) and our in-country hostess (Ursula) were all available prior to and during our trip, which made this “bucket-list” 18-day vacation very easy for us at a more-than-competitive cost.

We would recommend Say Hueque to anyone (and already have).

Thanks for the kind arrangement. We have a good memories and an enjoyable holiday in Chile and Argentina.

Silvia, your advice on our trip planning makes the holiday went smoothly and didn’t have too much disturbance. Though the suggested accommodations were not deluxe but all given us a warm and comfort feeling. Your recommendation for having all inclusive program in Los Torres was fantastic and we didn’t need worry about the cost of food and beverage after a tiring hiking but simply sat in the bar / restaurant for enjoying the meal and chat with fun. The two and a half days excursion were great and gave us more time on enjoying the park especially we finally complete the hike and arrive the base of Torres de Paine. On last day, we also had a chance to see the wild animal - puma, red fox and white fox, etc

Yuna, sorry for keeping the changes after the tour is confirmed and causing the bothering. Thanks for the patience.

All the tour guides were professional and knowledgeable. A detailed information was given of each view point. We especially thanks those guides in El Calafate. However, the one in Salta who guided us to Purmamarca was poor. As the car was full and we all sat at the back of the van. His voice was not clear and sometimes we didn’t know what to see and name of view points when get off the van. More importantly, he left us all in the restaurant without gave any translation of the menu whilst the waitress didn’t know any English. We have no help until other tourist told us what the menu was. You can imagine how we feel unhelpful at that moment.

The private service in El Cafayate, Iguazu and Buenos Aires was great and give us more freedom to decide which place should stay Longer or skip. As far they found us like photo shooting, they always pointed out the good place for shooting and gave us sufficient time. Of course, this may defer the touring but thanks for their patience.

Personally, I like Adrian who is our guide in Iguazú on Argentina side. After the picked up from airport, he gave us a lot of advice on visiting the fall, preparing for the wet, etc. He also drew a map of the town so that we can easy to find out the restaurant and town. He is so caring. It was sad he hadn’t been our guide on the next day on Brazil side though the other was good as well.

Jose was the guide in Buenos Aires. A caring and funny man. During the tour, he advised us some posture for photo shooting which was nice. He also taught us how to us the panorama function for iPhone - so lovely. After the Tigre tour, he was willing to brought us to the El Ateneo and gave an idea on the CD for tango music.

All the guide for private service were fantastic. We all like them and wholeheartedly thanks for their effort.

I am planning to Peru and Ecuador next year and will definitely keep in touch with you. I would also recommend your office to my friend when they asked.

I booked a two week customised trip that took me through from Buenos Aires, El Calafate & Iguazu Falls in Argentina, Atacama desert in Chile & Uyuni salt flats in Boliva. The whole trip was planned out with the help of consultants at Say Hueque. They were excellent and very responsive to queries and changes that i had to make at the last minute. They used very good local guides who were always on time for pickups. The hotels everywhere except Bolivia were of a very high standard. They were very clear about the facilities in Bolivia being very basic but i booked it anyway. I'd definitely recommend them and would use them again if i return to South America.

We usually organise our own holidays but Argentina & Chile were just too vast to do on our own. I researched a number of companies. Say Hueque listened, had the right level of attention to detail, responded quickly and the right price. What a great choice! We travelled independently and joined others at the big spots of the Falls, glaciers (make sure you do the walk on the glacier) lakes area, Desert. Everything went exceedingly well, small problems were quickly resolved. Highly recommended.

I did some research online and came across your website. I also read reviews on Tripadvisor.
I chose Say Hueque because of the flexibility with picking our own itinerary (although we went with your trip) and the fact that we traveled independently and not in a group, also fast and to the point reply from to our questions and concerns.
Our favourite excursion was Perito Moreno. Great tour guide. We really loved the tour guide in Perito Moreno.
Regarding the hotels, we liked, almost equally, Ombú de Areco, Nibepo Aike and Hostería Helsingfors.
