I chose to travel with Say Hueque because my friends (Siddharth and Kanta) already decided to go w Say Hueque and we jumped on to their recommendation so we could join them.

The booking process was really easy. We were back and forth on whether we wanted to go, whether we should afford to go, but once we decided, Say Hueque was right there to help us (even tho we were potentially flaky clients).

We loved all the hotels bc they were all different. The hotel in Puerto Natales was probably my favorite b/c we had an amazing view and the food was so good. But we also loved the domos. So compact and cool and the food at the domos was awesome and the staff was so good.

We loved paradise valley and the boat navigation to the glaciers.

Anita was a wonderful guide. I noticed that some of the guides chattered non-stop. Anita was comfortable with being quiet which worked great for us. I'm going to recommend her to all my friends, in addition to Say Hueque.

I think we had a difficult trip to arrange with short notice and it worked out really well. I would warn people about the bus crossing the border btwn Chile and Argentina. It took much longer than predicted but it still worked out. I was able to get an email to Mery who postponed our next van transport so it all worked out. Also, the Folks Hostel folks seemed surprised and maybe annoyed that we were waiting there for our next van transport. You may want to talk to them. We were not there long but one staff person talked to the driver for a long time and she did not look happy. But we ignored it and got on the van, plus we were not at Folks Hostel very long.

We had a great time in Argentina. We toured Buenos Aries, Salta and Iguazú.
The hotels were very good centrally located in Buenos Aries and in Iguazú. The hotel house of jasmine in Salta was on outskirts of the town, but was a fantastic hotel in a peaceful setting.
Say Hueque had perfect booking process, Karen Rosa was our contact for booking and she did a very good job, always available if we called.
All the guides were great and Agostina was friendly and very knowledgeable.
We would highly recommend Say Hueque for travel in Argentina.

I found the website of Say Hueque on the internet and I appreciated the possibility to get a customized travel plan which included exactly what I wanted.

I appreciated the fact that I always got a feedback to my emails within a couple of hours - even during the evenings and weekends.

La Yegua Loca in Punta Arenas was outstanding: the rooms were very special and the onsite restaurant was really excellent. Also the staff was really helpful. The least favourite hotel was the Altos Hotel in Ushuaia - the view from the hotel was great but it was simply too far out from the city.

My favourite excursions were the ones in Argentina (Ushuai and El Calafate). The Argentinian guides were in both cases very knowledgeable and made sure that every participant felt safe. Even though I did not want to do the mini-trekking on the Perito Moreno glacier in the beginning it turned out that it was the highlight of my trip. Actually it is an experience you can only have in South America and I was very glad that I changed my mind and went on the excursion on the glacier.

The Argentinian guides on the Perito Moreno glacier were really professional. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the guide we had. The guides from Chile at Torres del Paine were friendly but a little bit like "cowboys".

I was surprised that everything was so well planned. I thought that my trip was quite complex and there was not a single time where something went wrong. Thank you very much to Agustin and Agostina.

My trip was organized to the detail. All information was sent to me prior to my traveling. My trip lasted 7 days, visiting EL Calafate, Torres Del Paine and El Chalten.

Say Hueque offered packages that accommodated our timing, interests, and budget.

Service at the Dazzler was excellent; they were very responsive to any requests, and even held luggage while we were in Calafate and Iguazu for four days. Koi Aiken’s staff went out of their way to be helpful, and gave good local advice and helped to arrange meals and side activities; very personable, but less polished/professional than Dazzler. Jasy offered the lowest level of service, though was certainly the most unique! The staff there was minimal, and did not communicate much with us. The room was spacious, but oddly laid out, with three beds in the main room, and a double bed in the loft upstairs. It worked out fine, but was odd.

All of the excursions were enjoyable and unique. I really enjoyed the El Tigre Delta trip, as that area is so vibrant; it was great to see people using the river in so many ways. The only sour note is that the Fruit Market was hyped a lot, but we were only able to see a small section of it. Of course the natural scenery at Calafate and Iguazu is amazing; it was great to be able to walk and see the glaciers and the falls

I emailed a number of travel companies and Say Hueque was the most friendly and helpful within my budget. Agustin was really adaptable and very helpful. He offered suggestions and listened to my preferences

All of the hotels you selected for me were of a high standard for my budget. However the breakfast at the hotel in El Calafete was very poor.

The horse riding trek and being caught in the first hail storm for 8 months in Mendoza was quite an experience! There are no hard hats provided for the horseback tour. I am an experienced rider, I dont think that it was easy for beginners. All the drivers were punctual and helpful. My Mendoza driver was the best!

We chose to start with Say Hueque because of other good reviews on TripAdvisor. This has become our first stop in identifying local travel agents for any trips outside of Europe.
We had multiple Favorite Excursions — really, we can’t pick just one! In order of travel:
Santiago — Full Day City Tour. Excellent presentation of the city, local culture, and history.
Patagonia Camp — First day Mirador hikes. Challenging hikes lead to rewarding vistas!
Australis Cruise — Hiking excursion to Pia Glacier and a relaxing afternoon sipping cocktails cruising through Glacier Alley. Actually, all of the mid-level hiking excursions on this cruise were extremely rewarding in terms of scenery. Our guide, Helene, on the Wulaia Bay excursion was particularly informative and fun.
