Would definitely recommend Say Hueque to my friends

I chose to travel with Say Hueque due to flexibility of the tour arrangement. Price is reasonable too. The booking process with Karen was good, I'm rather happy with her service.

All the hotels are pretty good and breakfast provided was reasonably good. No big issue with any of the hotels.

Machu Piccu and Iguazu Falls( Argentina side) are definitely the highlights. Visit to the Devil’s throat brings the excitement beyond description. The boat ride we took on was unforgettable as well.

The guide in Machu Piccu is outstanding as his description of the place is interesting and in great details. Unfortunately I didn’t remember his name. Definitely a wonderful knowledgeable young gentlemen. Diago(not sure if I got the name right.) is also an excellent guide. He knows the place very well and brought us to all the wonderful spots and managed to avoid or bit the crowds! A very caring person and likes to joke around which made the tour very interesting.

There is nothing that did not meet our expectation. Although there was a bit of hiccups in our trip, somehow things were resolved, so no fuss. I do want to comment that the trip was well organised by Say Hueque. Everyone in every place has been very punctual, helpful and polite. Patricia and myself would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in making our travel memorable. Would definitely recommend Say Hueque to my friends.

Only Say Hueque could fulfill our needs

Only Say Hueque could fulfill our needs

We contacted different travel agencies and only Say Hueque could fulfill our needs. Once the complete plan was elaborated, we went over to the booking of the airplane and then finally adapted the plan to it. The rest was simple and easy.

Hotel Del Virrey in Salta and Los Colorados in Purmamarca were excellent; all the others were ok but those two excelled.
All hotels were perfectly located.

Regading our favourite excursions, the Iguazu falls are top of the list followed by the 3-day tour Calchaqui Valley in Salta. ‘El Turco’ in Salta and Agostina in Buenos Aires are guides that need special mention.

It would have been better to have private service (iso shared) for the 2-day Saltflats in Salta and the San Ignacio where the guide didn’t speak English at all.

You did a phenomenal job, all the best in everything!

Hello dear friends,

Thank you Patty, Vera & Yuna for organizing and helping us go through an unforgettable journey.

First learned about SayHeque in 2014 while searching for help organizing a tour from Brasil to Iguazu - I wrote to some companies and SayHeque were the most helpful and caring and organized. Chose to work with you because of good pass experience, the way you cared about my and my children's personal needs and being kind and informal and caring and your very good organizing and planning ability and choice of excursions.

The whole trip, for myself and my daughter Ma'ayan was a fantastic and unique experience - from the connection with you and the planning more than half a year ago to the recent planning to helping us and taking us through the trip - it was a joy working with you. Also a good planning of activities vs. time to rest.

The way you fixed and adjusted the whole itenerary - from the start, the choice of activities, places , tour companies, transfers - fantastic. Then taking care that all works and of course helping us when we got stuck because of a cancelled flight - the way you rescheduled rhings and cared for us - we felt like we have a family taking care of us in Buenos Aires while we are in the wilderness of Patagonia.

Thank you for the recommendations about things to do in spare time - when I followed them they were always very good.
Last 2 days in Buenos Aires which I planned myself were great too - and the way you organized things was the inspiration for me (and I always knew that if I have trouble I can call you)

There were many highlights - the best was helping us and rescheduling the plans when things got mixed up because of cancelled flight - also the feeling I got from you that I have someone I can trust in a far away country, especially as I was with a child. Of course many of the tours.

Our favorite hotel was actually Stella Australis ship - high class, great-unbelievable fantastic personal care, guidance and activity, of course Bahia Bustamante - staff and location and activities, also Kau-Yatun in El-Calafate (very helpful staff, fantastic facilities), Piren in P.Madryn (staff, location, facilities)

Almost all excursions were great and were unforgettable - Estancia Habersteron also fantastic.

Everybody on the Stella Australis, the guide on the Estancia Harbersteron tour, Gabriel on the Parque Nacional TDF tour, Matias and his guides in B.Bustamonte and the guides of Master Divers P.Madryn (Matias and the the girl in the reception - forgot her name, sorry). Also the guide on the Punta Tumbo tour (and the whole Huinca Travel agency staff) were great.
Also would like to thank the drivers : From BSAS EZE airport to AJP airport, drivers on the 2 TDF tours, driver on the Punta tumbo tour.

Again to team SayHeque - TODA RABA - may god bless you!!! See you again asap

I had a marvellous time!

I want to say thank you so much for all your hard work in the planning & organisation of my recent trip to your wonderful country. Everything went perfectly & the places I stayed were lovely, with great staff & good breakfasts - nothing was too much trouble.

Travel & pick ups were all on time & I had no problems. I had a marvellous time!

I already have at least 2 friends interested in using your expertise for a future trip to Argentina. I myself am interested in coming back & possibly doing a cruise to Antarctica, so I may be contacting you again for advice on this.

Thanks again & all the very best

We will be happy to recommend your company to others.

We found Say Hueque by accident in an internet search and liked the fact that we could shape our own trip and pick and choose.
The booking process with Lujan was very easy. She was patient and flexible and very well organized.
Our favorite excursion was the Iguazu Falls, both sides. The guides were excellent, and the Falls speak (roar) for themselves. We will never forget how powerful and magnificent they are.
Marcela was outstanding because she gave little stories and history to fit the sites. Our guides at the Falls, René and Javier were both excellent.
We were disappointed in the trip to the mission and the mine, mostly because we were almost 8 hours in the van and far less than that at the sites.

We will be happy to recommend your company to others.

Thank you.

All in all, we were very pleased with Say Hueque and our eye-opening trip.

We really enjoyed our trip!

We did some online searches and saw positive comments about Say Hueque. We talked to Agustin and liked his knowledge, the conversation we had and the sample itinerary he developed. We talked to a couple other agencies but ultimately chose Say Hueque because of the preparation that Agustin did and the fact that the company is so well-established. It felt like he understood the kind of trip, hotels, activities that would be the best fit for us based on the information we gave him.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt in BA (arranged on our own) and it was fantastic, as expected. There was a shop called Perez Sanz in Recoleta that we went crazy for – highly recommend it.
In terms of the hotels your company recommended, our favorite was House of Jasmines in Salta. A close second was Aldebaran in Bariloche. Jasmines was a nicer and better maintained property with better food, but the staff, service and hospitality at Aldebaran exceeded Jasmines in our opinion. Aldebaran could use some attention – common area furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable (which was too bad because the rooms are really nice and inviting) and parts of the property were looking worn. #3 was Lares de Chacras in Mendoza and #4 was the estancia near the airport in BA. But we liked them all for different reasons and none were a disappointment. The estancia was perfect for one night since it very much caters to riders vs. general travelers. We really enjoyed meeting all the guests there, but didn’t use any of the amenities – our second day there was washed out with torrential rain that flooded that whole area. The food was not very good, but the other guests said they take it in stride because the horses, trainers, grooms and facilities are so excellent.

We enjoyed the treks/hikes most of all, especially in Bariloche and Mendoza. The vistas and scenery far exceeded our expectations. Our favorite was one we arranged on our own in Mendoza with a guide named Fernando, though it was a hassle because we needed two days to assemble the cash required to pay him! He’s a one-man operation and doesn’t take credit cards.

Regarding guides, they were all very good. Anna (milonga excursion in BA) really stood out, as did the person who did the bike / winery tours in Chacras de Coria (can’t recall his name) and Santiago in Salta (he was very entertaining). What we liked was how talkative, interesting and informative they all were – and that holds true for the young woman we toured with twice in BA (can’t recall her name), and Gabriela in Bariloche. The drivers who handled the transfers were all prompt and efficient.

We wished we had an extra day in either BA and either Bariloche or Salta, and one day less in Mendoza. We didn’t really enjoy the city of Mendoza itself (although we liked the treks we did, the rafting excursion and the winery tours). We were a little thrown off by all the razor wire and heavy security, though the bodegas behind the walls were all beautiful. We loved the lunch that we had at the third winery.
Also, it would be good for your company to give current travelers more of a head’s up about the cash situation, at least with these current circumstances, which we understand are unusual. We didn’t realize how difficult it would be to get cash, how little was available per ATM, how often we’d need to seek out ATMs and how expensive each transaction would be ($15 when you included the U.S. and Argentina bank fees). We would have come with a lot more cash (both pesos and U.S. dollars) and used the hotel safes if we had known. We were very glad that we took Say Hueque’s advice and didn’t try to rent our own car in Mendoza, Salta or Bariloche. Taxis were very inexpensive and convenient. That said, we wish we had known how long a drive Aldebaran was from the town and how isolated it was. Its location was not at all conducive to going out for a walk or popping into town for dinner.
All in all, we were very pleased with Say Hueque and our eye-opening trip.

Our whole trip to Argentina was a memorable experience

Our whole trip to Argentina was a memorable experience

It was a great pleasure meeting Martin in BA and giving us lots of very good advice for things to do during our visit to the city.

We booked our short tour of BA and Iguazu Falls through TourRadar, and they assigned the arrangements to Say Hueque.
Our Travel Advisor at Say Hueque was Lujan and the booking process provided by her was excellent and efficient.
Our favourite excursion was, of course, to Iguazu Falls - it is a truly magnificent site. We also had a wonderful time in BA, exploring some of the historic sites and museums, meeting the friendly, local people, eating the local food and drinking the local wine.
We stayed in L'Hotel in Palermo Soho and we enjoyed it, especially the friendly reception staff.
Our only major excursion with Say Hueque was to Iguazu Falls, and this was the major highlight of our trip. We will always remember it.

All guides and drivers assigned by Say Hueque were punctual, very friendly and knowledgable. All pickups went like clockwork. Martin was our favourite. We enjoyed talking to him and listening to his advice during our pickup and drop off at EZE.
Everything on our tour with Say Hueque was exceptional. Our whole trip to Argentina was a memorable experience.
Tomorrow, I will be interested to see the result of the Boca/River match.

Best wishes and many thanks for your service!
