We had 3 tours with Say Hueque in Argentina and they were fanastic; well organised and met all of our expectations. Thanks.

21 days allowed me enough time to see a lot of Argentina - each area was unique but equally amazing. I started with a tour Say Hueque had on their website but then added a few stops. Punta Tombo's colony of penguins was startling natural - definitely a must see. The elephant seals and dolphin boat trip were also memorable. Ushuaia was a tranquil adventure - kayaking / hiking through Tierra del Fuego was a great way to truly experience the environment (trees, plants, animals, birds) and get a glimpse into how 'natives' lived. Touring Estancia Harberton and the Beagle Channel provided the history and full flavour of the 'End of the Earth'. El Calafate and Perito Moreno glacier was awe-inspiring. The view points for the glacier (by boat and trails) makes this glacier extremely accessible. I was surprised there were no tour guides for the trails in El Chalten, but they were all very well marked and quite busy so it was nice to go at my own pace and no way I could get lost. Buenos Aires is a busy metropolis with a rich history and vibrant society unique to Argentina. The only thing that was less then ideal with the B&B in Madryn - avoid Posada de Madryn Hotel if you can. It was noisy - wooden hallways and zero soundproofing and only a doorknob lock (no deadbolt?). The other B&Bs were charming, clean, and friendly.

As I was travelling alone I was more comfortable using a travel agency to help with the planning. Say Hueque reps went above and beyond responded to my numerous questions quickly and effectively (I had a lot of questions). I loved that they accommodated my requests to alter my tour itinerary in the planning stages. And during my trip everything went perfectly - not one missed connection or late tour, pick up or miss-step. I felt safe knowing that my destination host was available easily via phone or email and she even checked in via email throughout my trip. I didn't have any problems but it was nice to know she was available.
All of the individual tour guides were knowledgable, professional, fun, passionate, courteous, on time (relatively - within 30 mins but mostly early or right on time, even the taxis!).
Say Hueque was just simply amazing and I would travel with them again in an instant and highly recommend them to anyone, especially those looking for a little additional help or availability of help during your trip.

I liked your hotel location choices. You picked hotels in walking distance to the part of town you want to be in. Very important. I also liked that the tour was flexible and you can add or subtract things. If possible, I don't know the roads, it might have been more interesting to take a bus instead of a plane from either BA to Iguazu or from Iguazu to Rio. However I don't know the travel time. The tour guides were all very helpful, prompt, bilingual polite. Good choices. I liked Argentina a lot. Great country and great food. Hope to see more of Argentina someday. All is well & loved El Calafate tours but accommodation at Patagonian-Rebelde disappointing. Amazing tour around Bariloche by Federico was first class - he is very knowledgable, experienced, totally professional & a brilliant guide! Accommodation at View Boutique Hotel very comfortable & central.
Land arrangements have been most efficient.

We really enjoyed our trip. Great service while booking the tour and lovely personal touch upon arrival. All booked services ran smoothly. We were especially happy with the accommodation and exceptional guide in Iguazu.

We’ve just returned from an amazing trip to Buenos Aires, Iguazú, Paraty, Ilha Grande and Rio organised by Say Heque. Agustin was very patient in helping me tailor the perfect trip and the whole process was very professional and friendly, with great suggestions for hotels and excursions and speedy replies to any queries. I also felt that the trip provided good value for money when compared with UK operators. Great places, beautiful and unique landscapes. I definetely reccomend a night or 2 stay in Purmamarca. As they can be very long DAY trips, the stop in Purmamarca makes the trips smoother. And the village itself is a must! Recommend the small walk inside Cerro 7 Colores.
Guide Gala was very nice and services well organized!
