Great Experience

Everything went very smoothly. Apart from Say Hueque, we had a fabulous cruise with Cruceros Australis from Ushuaia to Punta Arenas. Pia at the Say Hueque home office did a great job getting me plane tickets to Salta under difficult circumstances. I would definitely use them again if traveling to Argentina.

This tour was way more than we could imagine when we booked it.

The guide, Graciela (Grace), was superb. Not only on the tour but she got us through the airport in Brasil and waited until we were checked in. On the tour she filled us with all kinds of information about the falls, nature and some Brasilian/Argentinean history. It was incredible to be able to walk on top of the falls on the Argentinean side and the views from the Brasillian side were unbelievable. This tour was way more than we could imagine when we booked it.
Exceptionally organized. The guide, Graciela (Grace), was superb. She told us all kinds of meaningful information about the falls, nature and some Brasilian/Argentinean history.
Deborah, from Say Hueque, came to our hotel and gave us all the information we needed. She was very gracious and spent quite a lot of time with us to make sure we were set.
The service was outstanding.

- Carolina Arias

Many thanks, our sincere congratulations on a job very well done

Hola Carmen, Mauro, Mariano and the whole crew at Say Hueque!

Our trip has been a total success, also helped by unusually favourable weather conditions (no wind and cold in the South, nor heat in the North).

Natural highlights were in first place Perito Moreno and Iguazu, followed by Aconcagua and Beagle Canal. B.A. has been breathtaking and would warrant at least two full weeks alone

Food was good to excellent, wine as well, although somewhat onesided (Malbec, Malbec, toujours Malbec). Restaurants should work on their winelists which are way too long and confusing all over the place...

We appreciated particularly the pick-up service you had organized, and the one time it was not available (Posadas) we had to wait at least 45 min. for a taxi that wasn't there and finally we had to ask you tho call the hotel to send a car to the airport.

One thing that maybe could be streamlined somewhat is waiting time at the airports: in our opinion we spent an ecxessive amount of time in domestic airports, that could possobly have been employed more fruitfully, e.g. an earlier flight form Puerto Iguazu could have allowed us to spend some additional time in B.A. Personally we feel that the first day in Ushuaia was a bit useless and could have been better spent in the National Park there. On the other hand, the guides have been first class without exception ! They are competent, well informed and well trained.

Many thanks, our sincere congratulations on a job very well done, and best regards

Adventure of a life time

This was a great tour that allowed you to see the different contrasts of Argentina. I had a jammed packed itinerary I did have a little 'landscape fatigue' so it was good to have city breaks to mix it up. It was very well organized and things ran smoothly. The tour guides spoke great English and really took care of me as a single traveller. I would have liked the option to decide whether to take the night or morning bus from Salta to San Pedro Atacama. Overall, this was a great experience of seeing everything that Argentina has to offer. This was a great tour that allowed you to see the different contrasts of Argentina. The tour was well organized. Everything ran smoothly and to schedule. It was difficult when the transport people who were providing the instructions didn't speak or understand English so you couldn't ask questions or clarify. It was also hard to not know what guide/tour companies that I was using (only the travel agency). Ursula at Say Hueque was great contact and made me feel like I had a friend ready at the end of the phone if I had a question or recommendation for restaurants. As a single traveller it was great to know that I had someone locally that was keeping track of my every step, ensuring it ran smoothly and could help me when ever I needed it. I would definitely recommend Say Hueque to my friends.

Not your ordinary trip - Fantastic!

The excursions were small, different and very enjoyable. Our days weren't overly booked so we had plenty of time to explore on our own and do all the "required" sightseeing. They guides in each city were excellent and spoke wonderful English so we really enjoyed being with them.

Great things : Fantastic scenery in Iguazu and Rio Not so great : A bit disappointed in Buenos Aires - when people have free time, recommendations other than tours such as tango in Plaza Dorrego on Sundays should be suggested. Hotel in Iguazu did not have hot water for the shower.....
