Hi Teo & Say Hueque!

Thanks a lot for your mail and att empanada recipe and wine tips. Now we can enjoy Argentina every day back home ( of course it will not be the same as actually being here but still better than nothing :)

We hope everything is fine with you and that you had a great day with your collegues at your kick-off. Your service has been absolutley excellent from our first contact in Sweden till the end now.
We would love to give you some comments.

Quick replies and feedback and great options in organizing the trip exactly the way we wanted it to be. We have seen so many beautiful sights and places that we will remember for the rest of our lives and your help at the bus station was top noch, we would never have managed without you.

Best hotel was the Marcopolo in Iguazu , very nice and clean and nice staff helpful ( Maybe the sun and the 29 degrees helped the good feeling for this place :)
All the other places have also been very good we are very satisfied . If tf there is one thing we would like to mention it is the breakfast time at the last Hotel Salta Por Siempre. It does not start until 08:00 and most of the tours start 07.30 so that was a little minus .

All the tours and tourguides have been perfect. They all spoke good english and made us feel like a part of the trip even when we were the only english speaking persons. They all waited for us at the airports and they were very helpful and knowledgeble.

All in all we give you 5 stars out of 5 possible and we couldent ask for a better time in Argentina

Today our adventure continues to Tupiza Bolivia.

A great introduction to Argentina. We enjoyed staying in small hotels and the pre-arranged trips. It is very difficult to pick out the high points of the three weeks but the penguins and whales of Puerto Madryn and the wines of Mendoza must be near the top.
Services - Full marks for the pre departure discussions over where we wished to go and what we wanted to do. The arrangements went as well as can be expected with a trip of this length and we particularly welcomed having a direct contact with the office in Buenos Aires. We also enjoyed the wine presented as a gift on the our day of arrival: it set a standard. All the guides and local agents were efficient and helpful.

Ramiro -- our guide in Salta for 5 days -- was an absolute delight. He's a native of Salta and had been over some of the same routes as a child, with his father. His sharp eyes spotted herds of wild alpaca and guanaco that not everybody gets to see. He was always on time, went out of his way to make sure we were safely checked in at our various hotels and knew the way to recommended restaurants, and was quite cautious and prudent in the way he drove -- which I can't say for some other drivers I saw on the road. And when we asked to alter our schedule to allow us to visit the "mummy museum" in Salta at the end of our last excursion, he made it happen for us.

The hotels were all good to excellent.

Say Hueque was wise to book us an earlier flight from Salta on our return day, which left us plenty of time to transfer between airports in horrible Buenos Aires traffic, and to wait a long, long time in line for American Airlines to process all the passengers departing on several evening flights. Better to have too much time than too little. Had I been doing my own booking I might have allowed too little time to make our international flight, being unaware of local conditions.

Our only regret is that we weren't aware that some sort of annual gaucho rodeo was going on on the first day of our first excursion from Salta. We happened across several gauchos in full kit along our route, but of course could not detour or stop to see the event. Had we known, we might have asked to add a day at the start of our excursion to take it in.

All in all, it was a trip to remember, and we thank Say Heuque for excellent service.

A note to thank you and your colleagues at Say Hueque for your help in organising and delivering our recent three week trip to Argentina. Everything went as smoothly as one can expect and we especially appreciated the regular contact from Vanesa while we were touring around.

The local tour agents were very efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the local hotels, each with their own characteristics. The hotel in Cordoba was particularly good.

Finally, thank you for the gift of malbec received on our arrival. It was very enjoyable and set a standard for the rest of our trip.

Say Hueque took away the worry and stress that often accompanies trips to foreign countries. They: arranged for all of the activities we wanted to do, made sure we were picked up and taken to each destination (from airports to hotels to points of interest) and had guides that spoke English and were knowledgeable of the area in which we were traveling. Say Hueque was so dependable!!! Even calling and emailing us throughout the trip to make sure we were doing well and were satisfied. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Say Hueque! Highlights for us included: the mini trek on Perito Moreno glacier, Canoeing in Ushuaia, seeing the Whales and Penguins in Puerto Madryn. We really enjoyed the two days in El Chalten. We LOVED the Posada Hotel in Puerto Madryn. As we planned our trip, Say Hueque worked with us each step of the way to customize the trip we wanted. As a result we had the trip of a lifetime!

The services provided from Say Hueque were very good! I would like to thank you our tour agents Caroline and Vera for their attention during the whole trip!

My travel in Argentina was a good balance of organized activity and time on my own. Buenos Aires, Mendoza and Patagonia provided three incredible travel experiences. I loved them all - food, history and culture in Buenos Aires; wine, beautiful parks, and the mountains in and around Mendoza; and the amazing glaciers and treks in Patagonia. My meals were generally good but they would have been better if there was more fresh vegetables and fruit.

Well organized tour arranged especially for us. Fine trip to Perito Moreno with a very nice and pacient guide. Extraordinary good guide in Penisula Valdes with lots of knowledge a out animals and nature. Lovely accomodation in El Calafate with very nice hosts. Tango Show in Buenos Aires was great but not that interesting.
