We have told everyone who would listen that you and your company were absolutely top notch in the travel business. We are considering you guys again in another year or two.

We had a wonderful week in Lima and Zain was considering buying a condo in Barranco but I think I convinced him to just use the apartment we were in and not have to worry about keeping up property so far from Texas.

We were very happy with your company and I would certainly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Argentina. I found you by searching the net. We were happy with all our guides, they were excellent.

We liked both hotels, the George in Iguazu was the nicer of the two. The visit to the falls was the highlight of our whole trip, including the cruise. It would be a shame to go to BA and not make the the extra excursion to see them, Otis well worth he cost.

Sorry to keep you waiting with my answers . Mr. Aschi Widmer, Bern, who organized our trip to Galapagos recommended Say Hueque to us.

The best of traveling with you were the nice hotels and impressive tours that you recommended to us.
Our favorite hotel was the Sheraton Iguazu Hotel: breathtaking location (Casa Sur Bellini Hotel was also very nice, and offered very friendly service)

Our favorite excursion was to the Argentinian side of Iguazu falls + Gran Aventura and we liked the Fiesta Gaucha at El Ombu. Our guide Diana (city tour Buenos Aires), was very competent.

Only the time coordination for El Ombu tour went wrong: We were informed by phone that departure would be 10:00 instead of 9:00, but Signature then nevertheless sent the bus at 9:00 to pick us up – got a bit of a rush, and kept other passengers waiting…

I wrote a positive comment on trip advisor.

We will also give a positive feedback to Aschi Widmer, who recommended Say Hueque to us, and organizes trips to South America.

We had a wonderful visit to Iguazu. The hotel was very good. Carla did an excellent job of taking us to the Brazil side of the Falls, getting us thru Immigration in both directions and escorting us thru the park and providing commentary.

We arrived home safely with no flight delays so that's a bonus. We miss Argentina already. Our trip was fantastic and memorable so hopefully we will return soon. Here are our answers to your questions:

Actually I saw that Say/Hueque was recommended in Frommer's Travel Guide and felt if your company was recommended in the book then it was a good company to use to plan our trip. I also looked on reviews on Trip Advisor and since they were good reviews I decided to go with your company.

There were so many parts of the trip that we loved and appreciated. We liked the fact that we were picked up by someone from the airport when we arrived. Picked up for our trip to Bariloche both ways and picked up from our hotel to go back to EZE. That definitely took some stress off of our trip. Our whole trip went accordingly without any delays or mixups. Say/Hueque planned everything out and it was perfect for us. Also, we appreciated the restaurant suggestions since we didn't know where good places to eat were. For only being in Argentina for 8 days Say/Hueque showed us the best of Buenos Aires and Bariloche.

We loved both our hotels. Fierro had wonderful and helpful staff. They couldn't have been more helpful to us. The breakfast was always delicious. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In Bariloche we stayed at Cacique Inacayal Lake Hotel and it was very nice. The view from our room was breathtaking. Waking up every morning to the blue skies, lake and mountains in the background. It was amazing. The breakfast was great. The variety of food offered was fabulous and delicious. The location was great since it was only a few blocks from the Town Centre. The room was a little crowded with 3 people but we were only in our room to sleep at night. The pool was nice too especially since it was rainy and windy 1 day so we just hung out at the indoor pool.

I really can't pick just one. We loved all our excursions because each was different and showed us different aspects of each city.

All 3 of our guides were exceptional. We loved Rodrigo's passion for Buenos Aires and showing us the history, the way of life and the beautiful sights. I wish we would've had him show us around another day too. His English was very good so it wasn't difficult listening to him explain the history of the city. In Bariloche we had Karen as our guide. Since she spoke English there was no problem understanding her. When we went to Cerro Campanario I didn't know you had to go on a ski left. I told her i was afraid of heights and not sure if I could do it. She rode with me on the lift and helped me to go up and see the amazing views. I'm so glad she did. I wouldn't have wanted to miss those spectacular views. She also introduced us to mate tea. Rodrigo explained it to us and Karen gave us a taste of it which I'm glad she did since I didn't really like it so I didn't buy any. Karen was a nice, easy going tour guide who was happy to convey her deep knowledge of the Bariloche Big Circuit area. Then we had Nicholas take us on a boat tour of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and eventually wound up on land and trekking a mile to see a beautiful waterfall. The lake views were breathtaking. Nicholas spoke 5 different languages which was very impressive. He was very knowledgeable of the area.

Everything was fantastic and went very smoothly. I just wish we could've spent more time in your beautiful country. Thank you so much for a trip of a lifetime. Everybody here asks us why we picked Argentina to visit. After i show them our pictures and talk about our trip they want to visit too someday. You took very good care of us on our trip and we thank you for that. We would recommend your company to anyone who is interested in visiting Argentina!
