I have found “Say Hueque” via Google search and I chose the Agency because of the great reviews. I travelled two times with “Say Hueque” and my highlights were Torres del Paine in 2013 and in 2017 the Inca Trail and Machu Picchu. All hotels were great. I do not really have favorite.

Due to the excursions my favorite one was the one to Torres del Paine for the world class scenery. My absolutely favorite guide was Fernando on Inca Trail. Extremely knowledgeable, great attitude, very helpful and showed personal interest in each traveler.

The only thing is that perhaps we could have been given a choice of less expensive hotels. All the hotels were fantastic, but we do not really require that level of luxury. After hiking 26 miles over difficult terrain and camping out and using pit toilets, even a 3 or 4-star hotel would have felt like 5 stars!

I will certainly go into Trip Advisor and post a positive review of my experience on my trip.

I identified Say Hueque from an internet search for Patagonia Tours. I then read some of the positive ratings from other travelers. I decided to book through Say Hueque because of a) positive reviews from other travellers; b) the itinerary that you offered suited what I wanted; and c) I liked the idea of being reasonably independent and not having too much organised or being part of a week long tour.

There were probably a number of highlights. In terms of the actual arrangements, the ease of having most of my travel and hotel bookings completed without having to concern myself with them was a highlight. In terms of the actual trip, I really enjoyed the hiking at El Chalten and the one day that I hiked to Mt Fitz Roy was the highlight for me.
The hotel in El Calafate (Kau Yatun) was the best one of the trip. Very comfortable, good service, good restaurant and nice location.

As mentioned above, it was not an excursion, but the hiking in El Chalten was my favourite. However, at El Calafate, I booked an additional excursion to Estancia Christina on my one free day, and that excursion was great.The guides were all good. I think the guide from El Calafate who did the Perito Moreno glacier tour - I think her name was Danielle - was great, very friendly, helpful and professional.

Maybe the only thing that I could suggest as a possible improvement is offering an option to do a trip without the visit to Puerto Natales in Chile. It's a long trip there and back, and the one day I had in the Torres del Paine national park wasn't really enough and the weather was bad. I would either like to have had a few days to do some hiking there, or spent a little longer at each of El Calafate and El Chalten and skipped Puerto Natales.

The guide in Machu Piccu is outstanding as his description of the place is interesting and in great details. Unfortunately I didn’t remember his name. Definitely a wonderful knowledgeable young gentlemen. Diago(not sure if I got the name right.) is also an excellent guide. He knows the place very well and brought us to all the wonderful spots and managed to avoid or bit the crowds! A very caring person and likes to joke around which made the tour very interesting.
There is nothing that did not meet our expectation. Patricia and myself would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in making our travel memorable. Would definitely recommend Say Hueque to my friends.

South America is amazing and thanks again for your hospitality. Overall, I have a really great time in South America and especially Argentina, everything there is amazing and would definitely return.

The Vain Boutique Hotel was the nicest and cleanest of all the hotels I stayed in.

My favorite excursion was big ice trekking in El Calafate because it is amazing and it is one of a kind. All the local guides are very knowledgeable and helpful. I´d recommend NOT to do the Buenos Aires city tour as it was a waste of time. The van was half an hour late and the tour finished by 11.30am/12pm, which supposed to be 2pm and I think a walking tour would be much
better than just sitting in a van and looking out the window.

It would have been better if the initial communication during my booking was handled more promptly as I had to call the office a few times to get someone to look at my booking. Lucia also poor in communication- she was quick to reply until payment was made which made it nerve racking for someone who uses your company for the first time.

The easy communication before and even during the trip was our highlight traveling with you. Great sample itineraries and suggestions from you and Patricio which made organising easier because of the flexibility.
Our favorite hotel was Mirado del Lago in el Calafate. It was clean, comfortable. Food was exceptional.
We liked the 4-day 4WD tour in Bolivia. It was adventurous, very different from the cities that we have come from and our driver, Rodolfo Cayo, was amazing, he took care of us and made sure we were well supplied with coca leaves to battle our altitude sickness.

We found Say Hueque through the internet and we received the mostly quick response and cooperation. Your responsiveness and support were our highlights travelling with you.

Our favorite hotel was in Bariloche and also the trip from Bariloche to Chile a full day traveling boats and bus in a magnificent scenery. The guide in Puerto Varas was very good.

My suggestion to improve: I think there should be a local phone to call daily phone that will be provided by the company and returned at the end of the trip.

Just to say thanks to Say Hueque for organising our trip to Iguazu … everything was extremely well managed and went to plan and to time

We had a stress free and excellent tour from Buenos Aires to Iguazu with tours to the Argentine and Brazilian sides, including accommodation and flights, and including a final night in Buenos Aires with transfers, with a Say Hueque rep accompanying us for the transfers for our final leg in Buenos Aires too (Thanks Marcela!)

Everything went perfectly!

The only thing that surprised us and would have been good to know in advance is that the baggage allowance for the local flight to and from Iguazu was only 16kg…we managed to shift a couple of kilos to hand luggage but might not have! You could warn future travellers

But overall we had a fine trip and thank you!

I would like to thank you and the team for the perfect organization , coordination , hotels and trips chosen and responsiveness in case of need .
We enjoyed the trip very much and we shall recommend you to all our friends.

We learned about Say Hueque while searching for an organizer in internet. You were the most attractive agency and Patricio was the most cooperative.

My highlight of travelling with you was the commitment . The most impressive site was El Calafate with its Glaciers. The best Hotel was Las Torres in Torres del Paine and Casa Sur in B.A , But all were very good. Our favorite excursions & guides were the one in Torres del Paine and in Ushuaia.

The only thing which might be improved is the communication in Chile.
