Hi Yuna, I would just like to thank you again for recovering our holiday following the the El Calafate flight cancellation. Please accept my apologies for losing my temper at the time. It wasn’t your fault and fully down to the Airline.

We had a marvellous holiday and couldn’t have enjoyed ourselves more. Hotel staff and tour guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. In fact, more than helpful.

Will look forward to visiting other Argentinian destinations in the future.

I would also like to pass our thanks on to Karen for arranging the perfect itinary and to Vanessa for greeting and providing us with excellent guidance on arrival.

We cannot thank you and everyone at Say Hueque enough for the fantastic experience we had in Argentina. We will (and already have) recommended you to any of our friends looking to travel to Argentina, and Patagonia in particular. All we had to do was pack and show up! It was so easy, and so much fun. The one thing that maybe would have been helpful was if the prices for taxis/park entrances/food allowances etc. were listed in the itinerary in the local currency instead of USD, but this wasn't a big problem. There was something we loved about every hotel that we stayed at, but I think my favourite was the Cauquenes de Nimez in El Calafate... The afternoon tea, the wonderful staff, and the proximity to the wildlife reserve were the icing on the cake for this already charming and cozy place.

Attached is a picture of us at the Laguna de Los Tres... We were so lucky to have such fantastic conditions!

Again, thank you so much for this unforgettable experience... we absolutely cannot wait to visit again.

We found your website online and looked on TripAdvisor. The reviews on TripAdvisor were all pretty good and recent. The price was also good and easy to tailor the trip to our needs.

Great organization and for the most part, everything was on time and well planned. We knew exactly where to be and when.

Our hotel Las dunas in El Calafate was beautiful...every window overlooked Lago Argentina and it was a beautiful view.
We did a private hike in El Chalten up to 1,000 meters view of Mont Fitz Roy; our hiking guide was patient and great. While it was a tough hike, the view was spectacular. I really enjoyed perito Moreno as well. Our guide Matias in El Chalten with walk patagonia was great!

The bus from Punta Arenas to Ushuaia was old and dirty; my seat was literally falling off. And then when we got to Rio grande, we had to switch buses and had to wait an hour and half for the next bus and bus driver. I didn’t like techni austral and it made a long day even longer.

We first learned about Say Hueque trough web search and decided to travel with you because of your attention to details.

The efficiency of all the logistics, pick ups, hotels and flights was our highlight of travelling with you.

Our favorite hotel is the Higueras in Valparaiso because of it´s location, food, décor and staff.

The full paine rib trip was the best excursion. Connie, our guide at Las Torres was awesome.

You could not improve on what we experienced. Thank you very much – you and your company provided a really supurb service!

My hostel, America del Sur told me about Say Hueque. Deborah did a great job of helping me build an itinerary. I felt the service was friendly. Also the agency was around the corner from my hostel so very convenient.

Overall I had great trip. Thank you so much. I've posted on the TripAdvisor link you sent.

My two highlights were the Perito Moreno Glacier and ‎El Chalten. I loved this town and the nearby hikes were very enjoyable. I felt the number of days I had here (4) was perfect.

My favorite Hotel was the Ranche Grande in El Chalten. It had a comfortable layout and friendly staff. The excursion to the Perito Moreno Glacier was really beautiful.

I also enjoyed the excursion to the national park near Ushuaia. The guide was very friendly and fun. The canoeing, lunch and hike were all great. Also this excursion had some people my age compared to excursions.

The guide during the national park excursion near Ushasia was great. Unfortunately I don't remember his name.

The flight from Ushasia to Bariloche took about 7 hours as it stopped in El Calafate on the way and there was no food or snacks served during this time. Only drinks on the second flight.
Maybe worth advising future customers of this.

I wouldn't recommend the trip to Victoria island near Bariloche. It is very small and they spend 3 hrs on the island. The guided walk was only in Spanish. The second part of this excursion to the forest was nice as we had an English speaking guide and left straight after the walk.

I wouldn't recommend the boat trip from Bariloche to Puerto Varas. There are too many changes from boat to bus.

Say Hueque was recommended to us from our hotel in Buenos Aires, Casasur Bellini. We only used your services for our 2 day excursion to Iguazu Falls, but that was the highlight of our trip to Argentina!

We only stayed at one hotel on our trip with you, the Amerian Portal del Iguazu. While it was in a scenic
location to view the Iguazu River pour into the Parana River, and our room did have a nice view of this, the hotel itself was not that great. The facility needs to be updated. You can see wear and tear everywhere. The only way to turn on the lights in our room was to insert TWO keycards into the slot by our front door and even then lightbulbs were not working. The breakfast was very minimal. I did not even see an option for espresso coffee. I wish you had offered different tiers of hotels to choose from at different points. It would have been nice to have the option tos stay at the Melia Hotel in the national park or at the pink hotel on the Brazil side of the falls.

Our guide was very helpful. Our plane from Buenos Aires was late due to storms in the area. Our guide quicky ushered us out of the airport and right to the falls so we could get as much time as possible there with limited time remaining in the day. On the second day, we were running late to get to the airport due to long lines at the Brazil/Argentina border and our driver had the forethought to get our boarding passes ahead of time. Nice job!

In addition to providing more hotel options, I would like to see more air options. We were booked in economy but luckily we were both Sky Priority members and therefore were able to get better seats and carry more luggage. Had we not been elite members, we would have had luggage and seat issues.

Thank you for the email. I have already reviewed Say Hueque on trip advisor on the general site, will add comments to the forum too.

I first learned about Say Hueque from the Internet - reviews and trip advisor.

I decided to travel with you because of your promptness in response, ease of working, good customer service and a good price. Seamless experience - everything was flawless and we did not have to worry.

My favorite hotel is Don Los Cerros at El Chalten - very nice hotel, luxurious, superb location and views, spa - hot tub, good service.

The best excursion was to Laguna De los tres - amazing trek up - difficult but exhilarating - worth the effort once we reached the top.

The trip was fabulous!
