The trip was even better than we hoped for and we loved all the locations. The guides and drivers we came into contact were very good, even though our first pick up had to wait 3 hours as migration control at the airport was very slow.

Hotel in BA spot on. Argentina experience was real fun. Good tour around city. Will need to return to see more of this wonderful city. Tango evening fun, though the company failed to pick us up, but arranged for a taxi when contacted.
El Calafate all very good. Both hotels very good, especially the railway themed one.
El Chalten, good hotel, great trekking.
Torres del Paine exceeded all expectations. Hotel overpriced, but food, staff, location and excursions all very good
Puntas Arenas on a sunday appeared to be closed and I would not recommend the Kapa hotels to future customs. Clean but small rooms that are in need of some serious refurbishment as they are scruffy.
Ushuaia better than expected. V good excursions and a good hotel. Guides excellent. Pick up company a little disorganised, had wrong flights, but all sorted.

So you can see that we are very happy with you and your company. We will start thinking about our next trip, which I think will be around Salto, wine area lake district and across into Chile Santiago, Atacama etc.

Long journeys always throw up 'lemons' (sour experiences), but Say Hueque makes them into lemonade... To be serious vacation time is so precious its worth getting local help to smooth the way and Say Hueque have this off to an art. The driver who took us to the Tango club was the perfect host, and yet this was just one of many transfers. Say Hueque guides and drivers are great - Select travel not so much. But to be fair they kept us safe and tried to be helpful, and we did get to the airport on time.

Favourite hotel has to be 'Soho' in Buenos Aires - excellent because the girls are so thoughtful (they even had spare SUBE cards on offer). The location is also very elegant, and we wish we had stayed there longer.

Worst hotel was La Cantera in Iguazu. Why? Well the rooms were indeed clean and well appointed, the restaurant was also very good and the staff very nice but -but- but.... We have travelled across the world to many countries and many hotels yet the front desk of La Cantera is the worst we have encountered - to the extent that we would never stay there again.

Best excursion? The Sunset Kayak trip displays the magic of Bariloche perfectly.

We enjoy Argentina and are looking forward to returning. I need to learn more Spanish!

Everything was enjoyable and memorable. Machu Picchu and the Glacier have been two of our favorite adventures.

A favourite hotel? LOL!! Estancia Cristina!!! Really, really nice hotel!!! We would have loved to have stayed here a little longer!!! All the hotels arranged for us were great!! Service, cleanliness, etc.....everything was really wonderful!!! One item that really impressed us about ALL the hotels we stayed in.....once we checked in, the people that worked at each hotel remembered our names!!! Very nice to experience that!!

We had a 14 day private tour organized by Say Hueque, visiting Salta, Calafate, Train to the Clouds, Salinas Grande, Purmamarca, IguazuFalls (both countries), Estancia Ombu and BA sites and Tango.
All the transits, tours, guides, drivers and accommodations were excellent. We had to use the emergency number once and that to was well handled in off hours by customer service. The scenery, the cities /towns, the wine and the people were beyond our expectations. We recommend Say Hueque!
