Lakes Off-Road & Canoeing Adventure

An off-road vehicle will pick you up at your hotel to take you through the Fuegian Mountain Range to visit three special viewpoints. Take an old woodcutter’s path across the forest and down a hill until reaching Escondido Lake and snap your best photo! Receive a technical briefing from your guide and grab the oars with your paddle buddy to start your 45-minute canoe excursion. Back on shore, start the 1-hour off-road adventure around the coastline of Lake Escondido, crossing the native forest until reaching Fagnano Lake, where you’ll enjoy a hot coffee and a delicious piece of cake before starting a 30-minute trek through the forest or around the shore. At the end of your Fagnano experience, prepare to taste a traditional asado (barbecue) in a cottage in the woods. While the meat sizzles in the fire, enjoy a classic ‘picada’ (meat and cheese board) for an appetizer (beverages included) and visit the nearby Husky breeding center. Return to Ushuaia after a 2-hour lunch.
